Laney L20-H

I wrote a review on this amp on 28/05/2009 and since then I have found out exactly what the fault was on the amp that caused it to fail. It was a simple fuse that was situated BEHIND the main power switch. This is very difficult to find unless you actually know that it is there. This may help other buyers (I hope) who may have had the same power failure. My other views on this amp remain the same e.g. lacks head-room, though I now realise I may have been too harsh on my other reviews for Laney (seeing now that this was such a simple problem) Why, o'h why, Laney, don't you warn your customers that this fuse exists and can easily blow with e.g. a voltage mains spike. The company that I purchased this amp from didn't even know this and it took them hours to find the fault.
