I would prefer to give a zero because there are no features, at least on my Lectrolab Reissue R500B. That's because although the "manufacturer", James Benedict, received my money for it on 9/1/06, I don't have it. I play punk rock, blues, jazz, funk and use amps for my harps. As far as features that I wish this amp had, I'd say mainly existence in time and space and in my posession.
Sound Quality
:
2
I picked 2 here because 1 says "I can't stand the sounds", while the fact is that there are no sounds. That's because although the "manufacturer", James Benedict, received my money for it on 9/1/06, I don't have it. I play harp through my amps, and right now a gorilla solid state amp would sound better than the Lectrolab Reissue 500B because the fact is, Benedict took my money and didn't ship the amp and has gone incognito.
Reliability
:
2
2 is appropriate here because 1 says "I think it worked once" when the fact of the matter is, it has never worked because although the "manufacturer", James Benedict, received my money for it on 9/1/06, I don't have it.

Now here's a 1 I can use. From the git-go I'd say that e-mail responses from the manufacturer were terse and misspelled. A couple times, I will admit, I was thanked for my patience. The warranty on the e-bay page from which I purchased the amp stated that the amp had a two year warranty, I believe, but I'm not sure when that begins since the manufacturer James "Jim" "Jimmy" Benedict received my money on 9/1/06 but never shipped the amp and has been incognito now for weeks.
Overall Rating

2
Once again it's 2 because 1 says "what a hunk of junk" while the fact of the matter is that I have no idea whether the amp actually exists because although the "manufacturer", James Benedict, received my money for it on 9/1/06, I don't have it.
