I know only this amp was bought around the mid-sixties, possibly a little earlier, was in storage late sixties till I bought it 2002. I run my Strat thru a J-station and/or vintage Ross distortion, comp.,wah, and Electra phase shifter. Everything is original in it, it has 15" and 3" speakers ( one ea.). The cab is sim/tweed,gold grille and panel. When used with any sort of preamp gain it can scream and wail at mid volume! Running solo it has that creamy tube tone that can't come out of microprocessors. Great little blues machine! I certainly give it a high recommend, I tripled the $25 asking price after playing my Stratocoustic thru it, still felt like a bandit. As for a $ value,I can only say try it, it's worth what it sounds like to you. Buy a trashed namebrand retro-tube/sim or something and hide this behind it! By the way, my first amp was a 1965 blonde 5-watt Silvertone, this amp does has a little of that aura, but more businesslike. My rating is based on the hand-wired tube chassis and 15"and 3"speakers.If that's not worth a "5" I don't know what is. I feel it's conservative.

My R700C was played as a bass amp in the '60's in Antigo Wisconsin by a friend's older brother. When settling their parents estate it was offered to me for $25. It was in good condition after 40+ years in their basement, so I bargained the price to $75.I think I covered this category elsewhere to some extent, enough for now.

Haven't played it out a lot, a dozen or so times in a couple years, but it seems to be a tank.

I've been playing off and on for close to 40 years, mainly blues for the last 18 years or so. Not a lot of top end on lead work, but hooked to the right boxes the tube tone of this thing is the real deal! I think you would pay in the $1000+ range for this tonal quality today. If I didn't have Fender Bandmaster it would get more use, although I have dragged it out to a few jams, mainly because of the size and weight(slightly less than the Fender).I certainly would be reluctant to part with it, stuff like this in good condition doesn't come around very often. It would have to be someone with the full appreciation for vintage sound; not just brand names!

Duel input with single volume treble and bass adjust knobs. Standby and on toggle switch. Input 95 watts 120volt 60 cyl. In side 4 tubes two 12 in jensen speakers and one 4 in speaker. The Vinyl cover is a "hot red" with metal flake. Front is a cloth weave with a golden inlay. I am an Electronics technician and have aquire "NO Working" However with a set of schematics or some reverse engineering I would speculate it is of a dependable design. in ment condition I understandit is worth $600.00 to a collector and the price drops quickly as the original condition is departed from the item.

Can not find original documentation due to the length of time the company has been out of business but I will continue to look at "HAM FESTIVALS" and tail gate sale for them.

Appears to be a fine design and should be a dependable unit upon restoration to factory specifications
