Not really much you can have for features on a 4x12.
Pro - Celestion speakers.
Con - only 8 ohms, no 4/8/16 switch. Not a big deal (see below for explaination).

Holy cats man! This thing can scream! My previous comment about the 8 ohms (no switch) being a negative thing...well, the Celestions pretty much voided that. I have a Marshall VS100 head, which is straight up 4 ohms (no switch). I was affraid I would lose power by using an 8 ohm cab. I was testing out a Crate GX412S (4 ohms) at the store, and had the volume nobs at around 2 and it was pretty loud. Without touching the nobs, I plugged into the Line 6 Spider II, and I just about blew a hole into the drywall! It was so dang loud and powerful!
It has clear sound, decent bottom, just all around good sound to it. My Marshall head is pretty good, and it screams through this. I can't imagine what a better head could do with this cab!

So far so good. Just got it, and I haven't had problems with it. Seems like it's built solid.

Haven't had to deal with the folks at Line 6, so I can't comment.

This cab is definitely worth it. I picked it up used, and it was only like $15 more than the Crate. The Spider II comes with Celestions, so you know it's going to have a good sound to it. And man alive, it sounds awesome. Test run one at the store and you will fall for it. Don't spend $650 or more for Marshalls, Mesas, and other "top" brands. Go with the Line 6 Spider II, it has the same sound, but at an affordable price!
