I bought my amp in the summer of 2000 and it was new then. It was made in Korea. I bought a full starters set which contained this amp, a copy-strat and cable, picks and strap.
-10 watts output (solid-state)
-low and high inputs
-controls for gain and volume
-2 band EQ
-headphone socket
-line out
-6" 25watt speaker (if i'm right)
-power switch ;-)
just a standard practise amp, nothing special so i'll just give it a 7 for this
Sound Quality

I use the copy-strat mentioned above with everything standard as it came with. I mostly play rock and metal and for metal it's ok because it has a good distortion for a small amp but I don't like the clean tone, it sounds too cold. but then again it was very cheap and purposed for people who just start out and I really liked it at first. now (a year later) I guess i'm just ready for a new amp
The amp itself is not noisy. It get's noisy at higher volumes when I put the gain on 10 but that is caused by my guitar.
I give it a six here because the clean tone isn't good enough in my opinion
Reliability
:
10
this thing just always stands in my room and it hasn't broken down. (it has no reason for it) There are plastic casters on it and the top handle is strong enough to hold the amp. (what else did you expect it only weight 5 Kg) Seems not to break down if you be nice to it :-)
I wouldn't use it on a gig because of the sound and size. but it wasn't made to gig with.
No problems at all so I give this a 10
Customer Support
:
No Opinion
If I had a problem with it i'd just take it back to the store where I bought it. No contact with London City so I can't give an opinion here.

I play for a year now and this is the only amp I have.
I don't think that anyone would want to steal this amp but I wouldn't buy it again if someone would. I'm just ready for a better amp but this one is good for starting out and learning the basics.
I like the distortion and I dislike the clean.
If you want to start guitar playing without paying to much I recommend this to you if you are planning to use a distortion a lot.
The amp is made for starters and does it's job good so i'll give it an overall of a 7
