Bass amp with (4) X 12" J series Oxfords with square magnet yokes , a very hard to find speaker . Mine came with three , I gave up and put in four K's . I had a bunch of these and they stand up to low end better anyway . High gain in , low gain in , volume , tone , anti - hum , stand - by , and power switches . To awesom a cab to devote to one amp , I installed a plug from amp output and a speaker jack , giving me access to other amp / cab combinations .

Nice big pure tube tone , with a 6EU7 shielded , a 12AX7 left unshielded , (2) X 6L6 , and a 5AR4 rectifier . This set up dates to 1962 . Golden age Estey sound .
Reliability

Vintage amp still cranks , all else is day to day . Run them until they pop and fix them again . Thats part of the charm of old amps !

Not a lot of features but good bass players make there own effects if you know what I mean . A solid cab with a bonus amp built in . Punchy and round , tight and clean .
