This amp does not have much versitility but what a tone!One channel with the most lush reverb and tremelo.You don't even notice the reverb. There is only a tone switch no treble or bass controls. This amp is rated at 30 watts class A but has a lot of volume. It needs a good distortion pedal in front of it.It uses EL 38 tubes. No effects loop.

The best tone on the planet. I have owned Soldano,Mesa Boogie,VHT,This has the most sweetest realist tone I have ever played. Just beautiful. I use a Don Grosh guitar with Lindy Frailen pickup's.Doesn't get much better. Really let's your playing ability come out.

Would buy it in a heart beat.The best! It took me years and a lot of money wasted to finally find the tone. Good going Matchless.
