My Zeeta was made in May 2002.
It have 2 Sovtek 12AX7 pre tubes and 2 JJ EL-34 power tubes.
Zeeta is based on a narrow panel tweed Deluxe (Fender model 5E3) and a narrow panel tweed Pro (Fender model 5E5-A),but I am able to make a sounds like Marshalls.
Nobs are simple, 1 volume for each channel, 1 tone (push-pull switch) 1 'SUG' control, 1 'WATTAGE' control. (I hope that the Zeeta has midrange control knob and foot switch jack in the future.)
Zeeta is meant to be controlled from the volume knob on the guitar. Turn the guitar volume down to get clean sounds, turn it up to get dirty sounds.
The tubes in my Zeeta are EL34s, which I like a lot, but Zeeta is very responsive to the variations in different tubes, which means that you can get a much cleaner sound by using 6L6s and even cleaner yet by using 7581As. You can easily make these tube changes as the Zeeta is totally self-biasing.

Sound Quality : 10
Zeeta regards me as it being musically excellent one of the amplifier.
Zeeta has the very unique and innovative circuit which is not in other amplifier. One of them is Sug control. I think that this circuit reproduces the characteristic of the sound of vintage tube amps. If this knob is turned to the right, you will get a plump sound just like a chime!
The distortion sound of Zeeta is one of the smoothest and amazing sound in my having experienced. It is similarly obtained with any volume because Zeeta has a circuit called "Wattage control". This is the 2nd feature. The Wattage control is not a speaker attenueter. It acts on the transformer itself and suppresses an output. Therefore, even if you make volume small, you get neither a cheap sound nor the sound with which were filled. (Please refer to the homepage of "Maven Peal Instruments", if you want to know a detailed thing.)
I am enjoying the music life with my Zeeta! and with 1922 cab which carried Greenbacks, and my favorite Lespaul!

Reliability : 10
I depend on Zeeta. It has not any probrems at the gig.

Customer Support : 10
David G. Zimmerman, president and designer is always accepted my opinion in sincerity, and replied to the question.

Overall Rating : 10
20 years I've been playing a guitar.
I am the first owner of Zeeta in Japan. I regard this as fortunate. Thank you!
