I normally use Mesa 2x12 3/4 open back cabinet, but wanted something small that I could put into another room and isolate for recording without having to move my current rig.
I was told that this was favored by a lot of Mesa Lonestar users, but I am using it with the Roadster head and all I can say is that it rocks. Very nice and tight sound overall. The cleans sound full and the metal tones sound solid and articulate.
It pretty much sounds like if you were to take the 2x12 mentioned above and cut it in 1/2. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

For the money, you really cannot go wrong with this cab. Don't let the size fool you, it has excellent sound quality and I am very happy with the purchase.
