it has a great sound. real fat and clean. it can be used for any stlye of music. I'm running it with a JMP-1, Quadraverb, BBE sonic maximizer through a carvin 2x12, but have run it through a marshall 4x12. Using a jackson with emg 81 and 2 sc's

i'd buy it again definitely but not to push a 4x12 playing metal it just isn't loud enough. I got it because it was boogie and am not dissapointed. It is a powerfull 20 watts. I love playing very loud and it won't do it. It is great on stage if you mike the cab to the pa.

It's ONE rack space and weighs less than twenty pounds. A rack mounting dream. Uses three 12AX7s and four EL-84s. Twenty watts a side rated very conservatively with a level and presence control for each side. Has two outs in 8ohms, four outs into 4ohms, and even a slave out to drive a larger amp.

It's awesome for capturing that small amp clip without killing your ears. EL-84s are sometimes thought to "fart out" in IHMO, but I haven't noticed any of this.

Very reliable piece. In fact, if you order replacement tubes from Mesa you don't even have to rebias.

Always answer any question when their around. Only trouble is they tend to "be out at lunch" so often. Hmmm...

For a small amp with HUGE sounds, this is the way to go.
