As far as I know, it was made in 1954. Brand says "Oahu, Cleveland Ohio".
I play in a Rockabilly-Band and the amp produces exactly the right sound - if you turn up the treble everything higher than a aches. Great.
You find three instrument inputs, one for a mic. one volume knob for the instruments, one for the mic, trble/bass knob - one for all foer inputs. Nothing else, but it's enough. I play it with a danelectro echo, both together give a really great sound. No problems.
I didn't use it at a gig yet, but think if it gets a bit bigger the amp could be too small, means you should put a mic in front of it... whatever this is called in english...

Sound Quality : 10
I use a Greg Bennet Design semi accoustic guitar and, as stated, a danecho which produces a great rockabilly style. The look of the amp fits quite into that kind of band. It's about 45cm wide and 50 high, beige in colour with brown cloth. Beuatiful: the chrome handle on top.
If you turn up the treble it's a bit noisy, but on a bearable level. No electric mumble. Hardly distortion.

Reliability : No Opinion
Can't say anything yet. Everything is quite simple, so I'd say you shoudn't have serious problems. I know one who learned elecgtrics during the tube era. He said the same.

THIS LITTLE DUDE IS UNBELIEVABLE,,,I BOUGHT IT AT A FLEA MARKET FOR $20,,IT IS SO BASIC,,3 INS ,,TONE AND VOL, WITH A 12" JENSEN GREENBACK SPEAKER..WHEN I GOT IT,, IT WAS SO DIRTY YOU COULDN'T TELL WHAT COLOR IT WAS,,,I CLEANED IT UP ,,AND THERE ISN'T A BLEMISH TO BE FOUND ON IT ,,,AMAZING!!!!!I PLAY MOSTLY ROCKABILLY AND SWING TYPE MUSIC,,SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK GOOD ON STAGE,,I WAS QUITE SURPRISED WHEN IT SOUNDED GREAT AS WELL,,,I LOVE THE REFRIGERATOR HANDLE !!!! THE SOUND QUALITY SUITS MY STYLE OF PLAYING TO A T..THE ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD HAVE IS I WISH IT WERE JUST A TAD MORE POWERFUL,,, FROM THE STYLING OF THIS AMP ,,I WOULD ESTIMATE IT'S YEAR OF PRODUCTION WAS SOMEWHERE IN THE LATE 40'S

Sound Quality : No Opinion
with this amp,,,i use a few guitars,,,a WASHBURN J-6 ,,A YAMAHA HOLLOWBODY ELECTRIC,,,and an AUSTIN SESSION MASTER,,,I CAN GET A fairly impressive steel guitar sound with the AUSTIN on it which really blows me away,,,generally,,when i use it i just turn every thing up all the way and just let it wail,,i have never had a problem with feedback,, and the distortion level is moderate,,but the thing that really grabbed me,,is that the little bugger NEVER hums !!!

Reliability : No Opinion
