The two gain controls and the Treb., Mid., and Bass controls that actually do sonething are what make this great. I can go from B.B. King blues (occasionally) to loud punk roars of Nirvana. This amp is perfect. People I know call me crazy for even liking this amp, let alone using it at my gigs, but it seriously rocks. Only downside is no reverb, but I don't lke much reverb.

Sound Quality : 10
Greatest basic distortion I've ever worked with. Sometimes I use my wonderful Boss DS-1 with all the knobs turned up all the way and this with all the knobs turned up all the way. Beautiful!!!

Reliability : 10
Went riding in a car to a practice with this in the trunk. Dog jumps in front of the car. Car stops immediately Car behind us smashes into us, trunk door suddenly opens (it seems it was not closed all of the way), Park G10 flies out trunk, not a scratch. Did I mention it's used and is 13 years old, formerly in a house that burned down with it inside?

Customer Support : No Opinion
The instruction manual only goes over the features, so that's not too good. Never called up.

Overall Rating : 10
Definitely, without a doubt, would buy this marvel again. All hail Park G10!!!

One Channel, No reverb, Does have a headphone jack. Two gains and a three control equalizer. Its your bread and butter amp. Good for its price range.

Sound Quality : 8
I range from classic rock to punk/metal. It's good for clean, crisp tones, with excellent treble. Lots of distortion too, but of the muddy variety. With the gains set down less then halfway, the clean sound doesnt distort at full volume. I use it with a strat syle guitar (Sebring sb300) with VMI pickups. For a first amp, I definetely recommend it.

Reliability : 7
The only drawback to this amp is that the knobs are cheepy looking and fall off easily. Plus, one of the gains started making a crackling sound when it gets turned. Poor quality tuners overall, but that has little to do with the quality of the sound, which is great for an amp of its caliber.

Overall Rating : 8
As a first amp I'd buy it again, but you may get bored with its lack of reverb. I've had it for a year and I'm already looking for a higher tier amp. However, If you're budget is cramped, and you're in the market for a good first amp, you cant go much wrong with this one.

I never really look for any features. All I need is a volume and three equalizers and I ready to go.

Sound Quality : 9
It has a good thick sound. Really good for a small amp. I mostly play anything from punk to hardcore to grunge (whatever that means) so for that I guess it sounds good. I don't know about the distortion it puts out though, I usally use it as clean as possible then distort it with a pedal. And for that it sound good.

Reliability : 2
It is pretty crappy after about a year all the pots, I mean all the pots not just one or two, got really fuct up. I don't abuse the amp or anything its just basically unplayable anymore because you have to move the pots around just to get a sound out of it. Most other people I know started out with this amp or like the crate gx15, and the exact same thing happened

Customer Support : No Opinion
When it broke I was getting a new amp anyway so I just didn't bother to try to fix the piece of crap.

Overall Rating : 4
Do not buy this amp. I don't see why you would unless you are just starting off. I would get a quality, larger amp to start with if I started again but that is kind of stupid to say. I guess just a suggestion.

This amp is well epuipped with two gain settings, even though it could use some reverb. But overall it's got what I need.

Sound Quality : 10
It is the best small amp I have ever played on. It's loud for its size and it can put our the best clean sound. It also makes a great overdrive sound. But it is the best when the volume is at 10.

Reliability : 10
It will not break. That amp has been through just about everything. Those corner guards even protect against fire. My amp has been kicked beaten and dropped but it still doesn't have a scratch on it. It will not break. And the sound is always perfect.

Overall Rating : 10
As my first and only amp I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love my amp. It is going to be buried with me. I will never give it up.

Incredibly versatile for it's price range and wattage (10 W). 1 Channel and headphone jack. 2 gains which provide excellent variation of distortion. Much more powerful than any other 10 W amp I've seen.

Sound Quality : 10
Big time variety. I use it for everything from metal to jazz and don't really need to many external effects to get most normal tones. Quiet, too. It stays clean until about 9 on the volume, making it much better than anything else I've ever played. The distorion is pretty heavy if you crank both gains, even at low volumes.

Reliability : 10
Totally dependable. I've had it for 3 years and never needed to change anything other than one fuse, which blew because of a power surge, not because of the amp. Serious corner guards .

Overall Rating : 10
The onbly thing I can say it needs is reverb, but that's available for like $50 more in the Park G10R. It rocks!

It's versatile enough to play many styles of music. If you experiment, you'll find that you can make it sound any way you want. 1 channel. Has a headphone jack. Reverb. Nice Distortion. Headphone jack. Louder than any other 10 watt amp I've heard. Would be nice if they redesigned the power supply cord position.

Sound Quality : 10
My style ranges from classic rock to heavy metal. Sound varies from clean to heavy distortion. Best distortion among 10 watt amps. Sounds pretty good when cranked up.

Reliability : 10
Very dependable and reliable. Tough body and knobs. Dropped it several times - not a scratch thanks to the rugged corner guards.

Customer Support : 10
One year warranty - usual for beginner amps. You probably wouldn't need to repair it anyway.

Overall Rating : 10
I would buy it again!! Recommended one to a friend - he bought one too. I love the reliability. Makes a nice chair too.

Not much variety in the features department, but what's there is very flexable. Volume, bass, trebile, midrange and 2 gain controls.

Sound Quality : 9
Sounds great for the catagory (practise amp) that it is in. Awesome fat bass sounds and crisp clean sound. Low noise all around.

Reliability : No Opinion
New... no rating here.

Overall Rating : 10
The best available at these prices, and I venture to say that it's much better sounding than many higher priced models.
