This amp has most tonal variations available to it through a generous helping from those Marshall tubes. Warm-electric blanket tone can and will be achieved by means of a certain/special DIP switch located in the rear/reverse bottom of the head. Since I loved to play with Metallica, this amp is great for playing their Hits and other rarities like the Coors Lite Beer Song and my personal favorite... Dentist Time. This amp has both channels available to it as well. A clean and ultra-clean channel make it cleaner than Church. I never seem to use the distorted channel though. It sounds too much like Metallica, which scares me. It has 3 inputs and one 8 inch speaker.

Sound Quality : 4
This amp is a little noisey,b ut arn't all amps? If you turn every thing up (including tone knobs) you can really get it noisy which is good playing louder songs. The distortions in it always managed to escape from Buttsville.

Reliability : 10
It's very reliable. I've had it ever since Metallica came out/.

A good amp... sounds too much like Metallica and the Beach Boys.

One channel with pre and post gains and "saturation". It also has reverb and pull options on two pots to add thick or bright. There are two jacks on the front panel. One is a headphone jack and the other is a pre out or pwr in. The back panel has a footswith jack ( Maybe to disable reverb?) One 8" speaker. 35 watts 8ohms. Solid state amp.

Sound Quality : 7
This amp does a good job of going from very clean to a powerful distortion, especially with the saturation and pre gain cranked up. It has a good generic sound to it, although I wish it were a tube amp! I've used this amp live and it does a decent job. I've also recorded with it with satisfactory results. It is very quiet except when I use the headphones and increasing amounts of reverb which is very annoying. The reverb itself is very good. I may be a bit down on this amp because my other amp is a vintage Fender Princeton reverb! I wish I could combine the sound of the Fender with the features of this amp.

Reliability : 9
One problem I have been having is the input jack. Sometimes the cord needs to lifted up to because the connection is loose. I opened it up today to bend one of the clips to make the connection tighter, so far so good. I also disabled the footswitch because sometimes the reverb would not kick in. That seems to have done the trick too.

Have not dealt with them.

I've seen this amp advertised from $80 to $150 recently. If you can get it for less than $100 go for it. Just keep in mind that this is a great practice amp and little more.
