using primarily telecasters and strats. have always played classic rock, some hard rock blues and alternative. have always liked the sound of 4x10 cabs and the clean channel is very crisp and usable. the distortion has alot to be desired and I cannot give an honest review of its tone because the noise level on this channel is ungodly.

amp was built in 1993 before the randall company changed hands. schematics are no longer availiable though randall did make a good effort to help find resources for such.

have been a playing pro for about 20 years. currently using pearce g2,a custom 50 watt plexi style head. If you have a local tube amp god like i have access to,it has a wonderful chassis and tranformers for a custom amp. If you do not and can't pawn it,because of its weight would make a great boat anchor in a stylish white tolex.

Randall Bluesman, 50W 4X10 Combo Tube Amp. Like six years old, so maybe made in 1997 or so.
Suited for blues, classic rock, jazz, basicall anything you don't need mega distortion for.

I'm using with a BC Rich LA series Assassian.
Very clean channel and a warm overdrive. I like the sound I get, I get a real straight up Rock sound.

This is my first big amp. I've been playing for about 5 years now. If stolen, I'd prolly get a Peavey Classic 50 410 combo, which is prolly quite similar to the Bluesman.
Utlimately, I'd like to get a Tube Screamer, a Flanger and a Fuzz pedal for it.
I'm really only doing this reveiw to see what other people think of it and get thier info on it. This amp doesn't have a lot of info on the internet about it.
If you know anything about this amp, please contact me or submit a review on it. Thanks.
