It is a mts series 4x12 cab loaded with 4 custom celestions neodymium(like celestions century). It is a 8 ohm cab, it has the ''mic eliminator'' a really good feature enabling you to take the sound of the cab without a microphone, but just with a XLR cable and plug directly in a recording device or a mixer. The mic eliminator saves you money and space you could have spent for a shure sm57 and the stand for it. The sound of the mic eliminator jack is perfect and it is very cool for recording, i plug directly in my line 6 toneport and record direct in my computer.
The cab can handle a lot of power, the speakers are maybe the best you can get, and this cab is maybe almost the most expensive randall make.

The sound..Probably the best thing of it! Very very tight bass, awesome for palm mute riffs. And the sound is amazing! Very good definition of the notes, sounds better and better as you crank the volume. I play death metal, and I wanted the best cab I could get,and I think I got it now.
I play with a washburn wg600 equipped with a livewire metal pickup, on a randall rh150g3 head with this cab(R412NXT). The sound is perfect, the low end is brutal, it is meant for heavy distortions and palm mute riffs just sounds too good!

The cab seems very solid, it is a somewhat light cab, lighter than a cab with seventy 80's. The front ''cover'' is very resistant....my cat couldn't even scratch it lol.

I'm playing for now a year, I bought this cab in the idea of buying the best cab possible and never have to change anymore and stay with it for ever, and I think I made the right choice. If stolen or broken , I will immediately think of buying another, it is certain! Maybe the next thing I am going to change is my amp head, maybe for a randall T2 or V2 or even maybe a MTS rm100, I don't know, for now with my rh150g3 i'm ok and I can play at low volumes and still have a good sound.
The only problem I had, is that this cab is never stock in any shops, they absolutely need to order one from the company, so you can't try it before buying one and there is little or no reviews on the web, the vendors at the shop didn't even know about this cab, but I decided to order one anyway and I couln't be happier.
