this is a newer randall practice amp maybe made in 2000 or 01. Pretty much made for metal players or hard rock. Its only one channel but has a swicth for different gains (reg. and OD). Its 19w as it states on the back panel ,solid state ,6 1/2 in. speaker with 2 ports.

this amp has amazing bass response because its ported but lacks any real sharp highs. I can get a good sound out of it if I scoop the eq ,add a touch of mids(about 3 or so) and lower the bass to 6 or 7. You can defanatly play metallica or megadeth on this if you use it for learning cover tunes. I learned about 80% of Master of Puppets using this amp. A Couple things do bug me though. Its not a real sensitive amp even with high output guitars and sometimes you get sound interference from sockets, but its not enough to really bother me though.

Ive been playing for 11 years now and do both rythm and lead. I use a jackson pro series strat with a J90C pickup(bridge) and a usa bc rich gunslinger. My main rig is a ampeg VH140C head with a genzbenz 4x12,bbe sonic maximizer, digitech dsp256xl,rocktron comp.hush 360,boss metalzone, boss flange, boss super phaser and a dunlop crybaby wah. Of course the randall is baby shit compared to my rig but for practicing cover tunes or my originals at home its really good. And for 50bucks (I think their 80 new) its perfect for the price. Defanatly a good buy.
