SDG Vintage Amps Deluxe

Made by Steve Gupta in 2006. 18 Watt Deluxe. There is a picture of this amp on Steve's website www.sdgvintage.com British green and all the knobs go to eleven. 1 Louder! Rock n Roll. Easy to use with plenty of power. Great clean tones and nice overdrive. Great for classic rock. I use this amp alongside an sdgvintage 5e3 deluxe and they compliment one another very well.

The amp gives me smooth overdrive tones that aren't harsh to the ear. No spiking. The clean tones stand tall through this amp. They cut through the mix very well. I prefer the clean tones on this amp over the 5e3 tweed. There is more headroom on the Deluxe. If you need overdrive there is a master volume that will allow for nice breakup. I am using this amp with my 72 tele; my supro and my Reverend Club King 290. The p-90's scream through this amp and it takes humbuckers very well. The amp is super quiet and perfect for club settings. I play in clubs every week and this amp is perfect for that setting.

Very solid amp. I keep her in an ATA Case. So far no problems. If there were Steve would take care of it in a heartbeat. He uses the best components and the builds are solid.

Steve is a super guy. You will love working with him. He treats each build as if it is the most important amp that he is making. Word is starting to get out about Steve so you are going to have to get in line. I got my amp in 2 months and Steve kept me informed along the way. He even sent me pics as the process went along.

I have been playing guitar for 25 years. I play out every week and need great equipment. I play SDGVintage exclusively now. I have sold off everything else that I have owned and will only play SDG from here on out. As long as Steve is around I will build up my collection with SDG. Do yourself a huge favor and buy one of Steve's amps. They will blow you away.
