I believe this combo was made in the 60s. It was handwired in beautiful Cranford, New Jersey. It has the most lush reverb that I have ever heard and a nice tremelo also. Two channels, a standby switch, and a two way switch for on for different polarities. That helps with hum. It also has a hum knob inside the back that is nice. Footswitch (that I don't have). An aux stereo channel and a jack for an external speaker. A 15" speaker and a tube rectifier. Two 8417 tubes plus a bunch of other more common ones. I'm not sure of the wattage, but I would guess around 10 to 15 by the loudness.

Sound Quality : 10
Like I said, it has an incredible reverb. I have a Deluxe Reverb, a Hot Rod Deluxe (with a Jensen p12n), and a Blues Junior, and this out shines those in the reverb department. Overall, very nice clean sound that can be naturally overdriven with the volume knob at about 2:00 o'clock. My favorite amp now. My son plays an American Ash 8502 Tele and I play an Epiphone Dot. Both sound great. Has a great Jack White / Raconteurs vibe. It is very quiet now that I had it cleaned and the rectifier tube replaced.

Reliability : 9
Weighs a ton for its size and built like a tank. The guy who worked on it was impressed with the build quality. Should go another 40 years. Probably would have a backup for a gig, but would with any tube amp.

Customer Support : No Opinion
There is no Sano company anymore. They originally built accordians and then went into accordian amps, then guitar amps. I actually bought this from the original owner; a professional accordian player.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing off and on for many years. I'm excellent... well, I'm pretty good. I'm ok. Actually, I lie, I've heard people who are good. Even though I may not make great sounds, I know them when I hear them. If this were stolen or lost, I would be extremely bummed because they were rare 40 years ago; now they're about impossible to find. Listen to it if you find one then buy it!
