i think this is mid 50's...it's tweed (wood cab, unlike the later Dano/silvertones)...AMAZING tones (see next catagory)...not much variety, though...classic tweed clean, with a hint of grit, and GREAT 6v6 overdrive...deep, wonderful tremolo...simple, easy setup to work on...nice...
BIG issue, though, is that the chassis sits RIGHT over the speaker...and the speaker has a VERY small magnet (it's an EMERSON), so replacing it with a better speaker causes the chassis to not quite fit...so, this is an issue...
no reverb. few frills...i don't even know what an effects loop does...been playing 25 years...like to play amps i can work on...

i use a tele, Harmony H-72, Jazzmaster and Mustang...garage rock. roots rock and a surf band...good clean and good 6V6 overdrive. cool amp. 50's tweed tone...

Super amp...a cheap Fender Tweed...sounds almost as good (and yes, I played it side by side...The Fender has more depth and range...but this is a sweet amp...see it for under $300, and grab it...more, if work has been done well on it...
