Good for blues/rock/metal amp. Single Channel and very marshall-like in it's layout and sound. It has (2) EL34s for power, and several 12AX7s - and VERY loud. Rugged. It has several output impedences avail as well as a switchable power supply for US/Euro voltage. It is a basic amp in the old JCM800 2204 flavor, but the controls do more boosting and cutting when you move them it seems. It is a single channel amp. It has lots of gain available with plenty of chunk. It is a basic amp without channel switching (some people like that, some don't). It is simple and unconfusing to operate.

I have tried it with several guitars, an EB MM Axis, a Zion Primera (similar to a Les Paul but much better), a gretsch synchromatic, a custom Dean Icon, Reverend Rocco, and a Dean Hardtail. It sounds excellent. It can do a good clean too by rolling back the volume on the guitar. Amp seems to be rugged and has good sized transformers. Lots of gain. If you like a MIG, but want a more brutality in your distortion then you jave found it. It is a MIG on steroids.

Only had to replace tubes when worn and bias. That is good.

Never had to use it, but I am planning to talk to new sensor to get a schematic for it. Other MIG products have info available, and this is a lot like them.

I have been playing 20+ years. Own and have owned lots of fine amps. This is an excellent amp for the money, sounds good, lots of gain (probably more than a Marshall JCM800 - but less than a Mesa Dual Rectifier), good punch, and LOUD. It is a good marshall clone - that is probably built better than the newer stuff in my opinion. Has the stuff you need (good tone, easy to use), but not a lot of bells and whistles. Great bang for the buck.
