I was hoping someone would see this and help me figure it out.
The amp has a Standel badge on it, but it was manufactured by The Norlin co. Norlin (formerly CMI) owned Gibson, Moog, and Soundlab i believe. This amp was marketed by both possibly all three of the above, but I can find no reference to it having a Standel badge at any time. I believe there was a relationship between Standel and Norlin, although I am not sure. If anyone else out there has this head, 200Watts, dual channel, chan 1 has volume, bass, mid, and treble controls, Channel 2 has the smae plus a frequency control, multifilter, and reverb. It also has a compressor knob. The model number is L11. No date of mfg. stated on back. On the back is Lab Series amplfier. Model # 313A, and Norlin Music Inc.
Please let me know if you have ever seen this badged as a Standel. (maybe someone just put the badge on there as a joke...but it fits in the pre-drilled holes perfectly.)
THanks!
