What is this ? 2 12 inch speakers, looks like 2 amps in one, 2 5u4s, 4 6l6s, lots of 1/4 inch jacks on the top of the cab. Some may be speaker outs. Must be from the 60s. Valco or Airline or Supro ? Swirl grill cloth.

I have the usual amps a guy might pick up. A silver faced Deluxe, a Marshall 50 watt combo, a Supro Thunder Bolt, another Supro amp with a 15 inch speaker etc. This thing kills. It distorts but it doesn't compress. You can hit it hard and it will scream or back off and it goes "pink". The distortion is very " Supro " , sweet with no real " bark ."

A friend just brought it over a few days ago. It must be 40 years old. Still working.

Late 50's Supro amp made by Valco. 3 inputs, volume, tone controls, red jewel lamp and fuse holder are all mounted on the top silver panel of this little gem. 5y6 rectum fire, 12ax7 <to be switched to lower gain 12a?7 driver for harp> and 6V6. Probably 5 watts into 6 or 7 inch Jensen speaker. Minimal features as you can imagine. Greyish tolex with a 2 inch white stripe along the outside top and sides. A plate says T50671 Is this the model? Can anyone help with the model? Email scahtee@aol.com.

I just got it. Plugged it in...no noise at all. Is it broken? Plugged in an OS30 delta King 335 copy with dual humbuckers and hit open E. Oh my god the tone, the tone the tone. Plugged in Shure green bullet harp mic hit a trill with volume on 10 tone all the way down and it was Chicago, 1957 in my apartment. Did I mention tone? Breaks down beautifully with wonderful overdriven overtones.

It is point to point wiring and has been around for 40 plus years. I will go over it but can gig/jam <mic'd of course> without fear.

I bought this amp for 50CAN$ (That's less than 35US$).It's very small, in vinyl beige with a leather handle on top.All controls are in the back (none on top) :It only has one volume control (no other pots) and a power switch (no pilot light), it uses 3 tubes for preamp and one for output, in front it has 3 openings (in front of the speaker) in brown fabric.I am desperatly looking for info on this, if you've got any email me please ..

I haven't used it yet.. T I plugged a 4dB source in it to see if it worked and the sound seems very clean, the volume pot is not generating any scratching noise when using it.

With the very simple design , I guess it would be hard for it to break down ...

Seems like a great little amp, I've been using Mesa Boogie combo amps and this one will probably be my practice amp at home since it's so small and light
