2 Channel 2 Input, bass treble and reverb for each channel, tremolo and E tone for tuning the guitar. I guess it is 45 watt, all tube maybe made in 1959-1960. I know nothing about the company or the model, if you have an equal or similar amp please mail me (zatansmessiah@forum.dk)

I cannot say if it sounds good because i have never tried it with some really good loudspeakers, but so far it sounds very good, a little hum but I'm going to fix that. I's all tube remember so it cannot sound bad.
Reliability

I am restouring/fixing minor faults (1959-1999 = 40years = a long time) so reliability is not an option, also due to the TUBES.
