This amp sounds great wih any guitar,I use 335,s,and strats,and all are great through amp,Iplay blues and rock,it will play louder then a fender deluxe,so you can play a lot of clubs and turn it up for pure tube tone,you can put pedals in front but you dont have to,the sound is clear and full and Marshall,Vox sounds come through with just a twist of the mid control knob.

It is a great giging amp and can do just about any type of gig you put in fron of it
