Has highZ and low (piezo) channels, with proper settings you can get a pretty good signal to noise ratio. The amp is specially designed for use with acoustic guitars and does a good job. Has an effects section with some so so reverbs and delays that are not programable. Does have an effects loop though. Has enough power for a small space. Would need to be miked for most gigs.

Sound Quality : 7
Has a 5 band EQ which is pretty useful. It's actually a pretty good sounding amp for electric guitar too.

Reliability : 5
I think it's a well built amp ( it ought to be for the money), but to be truthfull, since I aquired a digitech GSP2101 tube pre-amp. I very seldom use it anymore

Customer Support : No Opinion

I would buy it again. For acoustic guitar it is hard to beat. I wish it had a little better quality reverbs. I think it's a little pricey, but probably a pretty good value.
