This amp has basic features:Gain, Volume, High, Mid, Low. It has one channel. It would be nice if it had real distortion but you can get it if you pump up the Gain. For me, I carry it back and forth to school every day on the bus and it is VERY sturdy. It took alot of pounding and is still a goood little amp. Also you can plug a set of headphones in it so you can still play and not bother anyone.

I use a 2 humbucker pickup guitar and this amp is great if you like a bass or distortion-like sound, but if you want a clean pure tone, look somewhere else.

I could trust my life to this amp. It took more beating and pound than anyone could emagine. I actualy dropped it down the bus stairs and not a scrach. It is still the same as the day i got it in the store.

If you are just beggining or are in a school band this is the amp to get. Or if you like a bass or distortion like sound. But if you want a pure clean tone. Look somewhere else. I will say this is a god send for the price i paid.
