made bout '76,it is the best f**kin amp in the world,i bought it from a guy for $50,he was using it a a table!!!!!!!!!,it has 2 channels,1 xlr per ch. & 2 1/4 per ch. it all solid state seperate ch impedance 1.3-16 ohms,at 1.3 ohms max pwr per ch. is 425W rms 1200 peak?Thats a lot of power!!!!!!!!!!!.i've had it for 3 years and ain't had a problem,They don' make amps like that any more
