totally feature laden! probabally more features than required of a (practice amp) I think the manufacturer intended this to be a recording amp But! overall sound is not that good so whats the point? It even has stereo out but no efx loop. front panel has two inputs (high/low) head phone out two chanel with chourus/reverb

Sound Quality : 8
this is a practice amp for me, I take it to work( paramedic 24/72hrs shifts in the mountains lots of down time!)it's stock sound clean is good with excellent reverb shockingly good for a cruddy little two spring unit and the chourus is strange sounding unit that sounds better at vibrato than chourus but adds midrange boost like old BOSS/CE2. Stock distortion is horrible sounding, use fuzz box on clean channel and be happy! Clean channel with verb on gives mini twin sound good for playing along to Chris Issacs CD's,Using a BOSS dual overdrive with this amp I can nail Alex Lifesons MOVING PICTURES era guitar sound the solo for lime light is dead on with that cool reverb and tight dual eight inch speaker configuration. lots of depth. I usually play a ROUTE101 Rincon tele with this amp and the BOSS O/D only.

Reliability : 7
I found this amp at a MUSIC GO ROUND as is for thirty five dollars because the reverb didn't work, I took it home cleaned it up and seen the reverb had been disconnected so I hooked it up and no problems found I agree with previous review this amp looks to be of questionable construction but so far so good.

Customer Support : No Opinion
don't know I expect Traynor to be good but this appears to be a long discontinued model that does not reflect Traynors newer efforts.

Overall Rating : 8
I don't think I would or could replace this amp But it is fun for old RUSH covers and retro sounds I like to look for new sounds and after twenty some odd years of tube worship I'm having fun finding cheap little solid states playing them and keeping some I'll keep this for now! I would record but not perform with this amp IT"S THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS almost, almost as well spent as my Rolling Stones forty licks CD

This is my 1995 practice amp. 2 channels, channel switching with effects loop. Small 40 watts, 2X 8" combo.
Nice chorus. Solid state

Sound Quality : 5
Using a Strat lefty american standard and a Dillion DRS 500 (great guitar) Nice little practice amp I tought. The distorted channel 2 really sounds poor. To be excpected for a small transistor amp. Not bad clean with the stereo chorus on.

Reliability : 2
Definitely not your gigging amp. Actually when I bought it, the chorus was not working and I had take the amp apart to redo all the soldering. It had pretty poor workmanship. Amp has broken down on several occasions especially the pots that are extremely fragile and of a poor quality. The tansistor outpouts had to be changed 3 times. It's OK as I am familiar with electronics.

Customer Support : 1
There it is. Forget it. Yorkville or Traynor does not offer customer support other than telling you go order the parts at your music store. It seems they do not want to deal with the public (unlike Peavey for example.) My music store is not too keen about ordering pots and switches for a couple of bucks. I contacted Yorkville and I got a 2 line email suggesting to go to my local distributor. I am still looking! The rule is check before you buy.

Overall Rating : 1
Alright I guess if you buy it a Sears. Nothing to write home about, other than the TOTAL lack of support given by Yorkville on their products. I give it a 1.
