It's got everything you need for a beggining guitarist. It has basic equalisation features (e.g. treble, bass, and middle), and has a sweet overdrive. The features are easy to work and give good results.

Sound Quality : 9
For it's size this amp gives great sound!! The clean sound is good and the o/d is great, and you don't get too much feedback either. Not only that but it packs a punch and has A LOT of power!! I've never been able to take it over 1/2 it's volume!!

Reliability : 10
This amp is very dependable I've had to for 2 1/2 years and it is still as good as the day i bought it!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never needed it

Overall Rating : 9
It's a great amp for both begginers and more advanced!! I just bought a multi effects pedal so i have everything i need. It's cheap, powerful and pretty small. I used to play on it with a messed up samick, and the amp still made it sound pretty good!!

I play rock(GNR's ..) and it fully fits my demand , the distortion is great for rock but not heavy enough for really heavy metal . The amp has one input , Gain and level for distortion , Master ,Bass , Middle , Treble and Headphones input ... I only wish it has reverb but at this price u can it's worth it !! It's small but it's powerful , if u switch the LEvel 1/4 way (with distortion) , your mom's gona complain . It can be used to jam with drums and stuff .. It's really loud and there isn't much funny sounds u get from cheap amps when u turn the volume high .. IT's powerful for such a small amp ..

Sound Quality : 8
The sounds like i said was pretty good .. If u want to play heavy metal on this , its better to get a pedal but if u play rock ..HOHO , it's good enough ..The clean sound on a good guitar is real good .. IF u don't touch the guitar , there won't be ANY sound from the amp (With distortion ON also) when it's plug in and switch on..

Reliability : 10
ITs a tough baby .. really nice looking with rubber edges to protect it but it's really tough ..

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never talk to them , No need to .!!

I've been playing for 9 months and this amp is just great for Beginners or advance players ... It's cheap and powerful ... I use a Epip Lespaul standard with seymour Duncans Alnico II and it really sounds like slash guitar ... with the amp , u will get close to slash's sound ..
