I believe this was a non-LM '93 model , I have an LM/6L6 version also. I had the gain restructured to what Trace and Anthony thought was best, I had a MM output tranny installed.

I have another 30th Anny and that's why I bought this one and sent it to the guys. I liked the basic sound of the amp before, but it was just a little stuffy at times.
When I first got the Voodoo-modded one in I tried to set it up like my other one... Don't try this, treate it like a new amp, that's the way they play. Also, if you have a chance, try them out at practice/gig volume the first time, this is where they absolutely shine. I tried mine at a REALLY low volume at home one night and it sounded good, but it was a different beast than what I was used to. When I finally got to use it at gig volume for the first time, I was so impressed I just about lost my place in the song, no lie. Now, I'm a Voodoo convert, I'd send them anything and tell them to do what they thought was best and I know I'd be completely happy.
Reliability

The only issues I've had were from previous use before I bought it, the amp was horribly misrepresented on eBay. I had a tube go, but after I got a new set in things have been fine.
Customer Support

Voodoo Amps should be the benchmark by which customer support is judged. Trace will not hesistate to tell you if you're better off going a direction that doesn't involve them, and they're very up front about their work. He's sat on the phone for over an hour before with me talking gear, explaining what I'd get from the mods, and general help.

I'm seriously debating having my other sent it to have it modded also, but I'm not worried about the reliability so I've also been thinking about selling the stock one and putting that cash toward another Voodoo Amps purchase just because of the gear whore in me. :)
