No new features added, but this amp is a feature full amp, so I give it a rating based on that. The beauty of the Voodoo mod is that features take on a new essence. The changes made by Trace and team make all the features more toneful.
I did have the deluxe mod done. It would have been nice to hear the effect of the Output Transformer upgrade by itself. The amp is a quieter amp now, so the OT upgrade did that at least. I am told that a lot of the articulation that the amp now produces is from the OT. It is worth the bit of extra expense to do it and I recommend it.

Like others who did reviews, it took me some time working with the amp to understand the new character and where the EQ sweet spots were for the 3 channels. I also rediscovered the tone and volume controls on my Les Paul. The tone on this amp on all three channels is fantastic. It is organic in the way it follows your pick attack. Subtle changes to the tone control on the guitar lead to new layers in the amp. It challenges you to play with greater accuracy and forethought. At all volumes it retains its basic character, but it really sounds like a Marshall when you get the volumes up over 4.
I usually don't like a lot of bass on my EQ. I think that was because all my previous couldn't handle strong bass without getting flubby or farty and losing focus. The guys at Voodoo have found the magic combination between the OT upgrade and the components they change out. When they are done this amp sounds great in every channel and will cut through better than just about any amp you've ever heard.
All three channels now do what they were intended to do with clarity and life.
I am trying not to sound like the verbage on the Voodoo web page or like the reviews on this listing and it is hard to find new words to describe something that is so hard to describe to begin with. Play with the EQ and the tone buttons. You will discover new characteristics and interplay. What it means is that this can just about be the only amp you will ever need. Everything from nice clean sparkle tones to over the top, but solid distortion.

The work done by Voodoo is top shelf. I looked over the chasis when I got it back and they clearly have worked on a lot of amps. Everything was done with best in class practices and methods and it is all reversible - not that I would ever do that. But it is a Marshall and it has their circuit boards, so it isn't perfect.

Trace and his team are the best. After deluxe mod, I sent it back up becasue I wanted to have the crunch channel made just a bit warmer and I wanted them to look at a hum that had developed.
Well, they spent a lot of time trying different component values in the right spot on the tone circuit until they got just what I was looking for. they also spent a pretty good amount of time detailing the amp looking for the source of the hum. It turned out to be something I had done when I played with the bias on the amp. During that time, they didn't stop when they found the first problem, they continued to detail the amp and found a couple of other issues and fixed them. They charged me a very fair price and clearly didn't charge me for all the time they spent. When I got the amp back it was tuned exactly where I wanted it. Just great to do business with them. I've used them over the last few years to repair and check four or five amps and they are as diligent and responsive whether I am spending $75 for a chechup or $700 for a full mod and re-tube.

This mod makes the TSL100 a smoking amp with exceptional tone and playability. It blows away the Mesa amps I used to have and it sounds like the Marshall amps you heard years ago and they don't make any more. The fact that Trace and his team can talk to you and recreate in the amp the exact tone you want is just amazing. What's more, you can tell those guys love what they are doing. The service they provide and their attitude says it all.

Lots of features on this amp. 3 distinct channels. 2 FX loops. Reverb. 100watts and the VPR switch brings the power section down to 25 watts. Nice direct out on XLR. Really good for recording.

I have been very curious about this mod as you see lots of controversy in this forum and elsewhere about Voodoo. Well I had a standard TSL which had a nice sound to it. It took some coaxing at times to get the sound I wanted but overall I was fairly happy with the amp. I then found a used modded TSL locally and decided to put them toe to toe. I set each of the three channels on the standard TSL to where I liked them and recorded each channel through a sm57 into my computer. I used a standard Marshall 1960A cab. I then set the Voodoo modded TSL to the same settings and recorded that through the same setup and guess what...significantly different. The reviewer that said there was no difference either got ripped or is deaf. There was big difference in the bottom. mids and highs. The mids had more of a vintage Marshall vibe. More present and smooth. The bottom was tighter but I felt possibly a little too light. I'd rather have too much bottom and roll that back. The modded TSL felt a little light in the bottom but definitely workable. The highs were much improved and smoother. The clean channel on the Voodoo was amazing. Crank the gain up and throw a booster in front and you have a great plexi-like tone. The Crunch channel I felt lost some of it's bottom but the mids were very sweet. The Lead channel was much improved. More smooth and less harsh. This channel seemed to have more bottom. Remember that I had set the modded TSL to the settings I liked on the standard TSL. Well the next phase was to find some good settings on the Voodoo TSL. That really sold me. The Voodoo amp is a monster. I do mostly production/songwriting in Los Angeles and if you watch TV you've heard my music. I need an amp that could do it all and the TSL is pretty close to that amp for me. The Voodoo mod makes it much better. I bought the used Voodoo TSL and I'll be selling the standard on ebay soon. Or maybe I'll keep it as a backup. I think these amps will be classics one day as you can get so many Marshall and non-Marshal flavors from it. By the way...make sure you have good tubes and that the amp is properly biased. I used JJ EL34's in both amps along with a GT 12AX7m in v1, JJ's in v2-3 and a GT 12ax7 phase inverter in v4. I give it a 9 because a 10 is reserved for an amp that actually makes me come in my pants. This one gets me real hard though.

I love this amp. I play it almost everyday. I record it almost everyday. The TSL is underated and that's fine by me as I can get it to sound great. The Voodoo mod smooths out the rough edges and adds a more vintage vibe to it. If it was stolen I'd replace it with a nother modded TSL but I'd ask Trace to give it more bottom.

It's a voodoo modded 05 TSL. No new controls or what have you. Only thing I don't like is how the footswitch has a pin connector. Gotta make sure not to bend the pins.

Okay, honestly this amp can cover tons of amazing tones. Some reviews say it's a complete dud. Being that Marshall mass produces these amps you actually have to play it before you buy it, to make sure it's not a dud. There are so much factors of the "sound" of the amp too.
What kind of guitar you runnin through it? What kind of pickups? What kind of cab you using? What kind of tubes are back there? How old are the tubes? When was the last time it was biased? And most importantly, what do you think is good tone. I believe that question is up to the player and the player only.
I guess I found a good one that was coincidentally modded by Voodoo, which makes a hell of a difference in the eq and overall clarity of the amp. Been playin for 17 years straight and have had a couple amps in my time (Bogner, Engl, Orange, Marshall, Peavey, and a Matchless) I can say this amp tone-wise is a lot versatile, than many amps out there.

I was the second owner, the amp was originally bought from VoodooAmps by the first owner. Voodoo sold him a brand new 2005 marshall tsl and then added the deluxe mod which included the preamp mod and the switch to mercury magnetic transformers.

I am basically a hired gun so I have a pretty good collectionof amps and guitars and my style of music is very versitle due to the nature of my work. I was looking for a versitle amp as well with more of a rock blues feel. I was tired of the mesa boogie mark iv's, liked them but never really loved them and always seem to get bored with them and sold them. I tried a road king and found only 2 out of the 4 channels useful though the concept was great, then a soldano decatone which I sold to get this tsl. I basically bought this because it was a voodoo modded amp and I had read the reviews here and wanted to try it out and I had great expectations. The sounds overall were not much better than the stock TSl and I wonder if any improvement in sound was due to me wanting it to sound better. I even opened the amp up and emailed voodoo amps and set them pcitures to cofimr that this amp was actually modified because it really didn't sound it. I mean the amp sounded ok, the clean was probably n icer than a stock tsl but the crunch and lead channels were still very buzzy or ratty and had no balls at all.

I have been for over 38 years. I remember woodstock!!! I presently own several fenders, my original marshall plexi and a reissue, a pair of jtm 45's, a new lone star special, a slo 100 and lucky 13 and a dsl. To be honest the stock dsl sounds much better than the tsl stock or modifed and I don't know why and I am dissapointed because i really wanted this amp to work and wanted the flexability of a 3 channel amp. If the amp were stolen I would run the other way so they can't try and bring it back.

This amp was made in 1999, and was just sent to Trace for repairs because UPS damaged the amp in shipping. Trace replaced two preamp 12ax7's and cleaned it up. Well the amp worked great for awhile then began having microphonic problems as well as the gain pot on the clean channel is having problems. It is a three channel amp, 5 button footswitch, effects loop, reverb and 100 watts. I dont feel the TSL needs anymore features, infact it almost has to many. I play live and do extensive studio work. This thing is LOUD nad CLEAR.

I use a warmoth custam strat with a one JB seymour duncan and an American strat with a Diamrzio Super Distortion in the bridge and a Virtual 2 at the neck.
Very versital amplifier, like a 24 flavors of tone yet you are able to dial in your own signature sound to suit your style. The clean is smooth with a lot of bottom turn the gain up and you get a nice break up. Not like any other amp, dont be decieved that this amp "emulates" other marshalls. Though it does sound like a marshall and does break into the "brown sound" But this modded amp clearly stands on its own. The Distortion is awesome, it burns hot man, get a pickup that cuts through and you will be lovin the tone of this powerfull wagon of tone!

Trace is a very nice guy, he trys to help as much as possible. Yet he is very busy so if you really need something "no dumb basic questions" call him. One thing that bothered me is I would have liked to have talked to him via e-mail or phone about my amp. It seemed as though he just wanted to get it done. I shipped the amp from wahington and would have liked to know exactly what was being done. But please understand that this being a UPS insurance claim it was different than maybe a customer having an amp modded. Bottom line he trys his hardest to help you! I would have my local tech do reapirs on it and leave the mods to Trace.

If it where stolen or lost I think I would maybe try something else! I got really excited about this amp and was somewhat let down. It does sound awesome. I love all the tones the thing I dont like is the problems I have been having with it, microphonic tubes. The XLR output is great for big live shows. The tone is clean clear and loud, think of marshall TSL with a big wet blanket taken off of the speaker cabinet. Thats what you will get! Also I have read about reaction to 12ax7 tubes. If you like tight high gain use the Electro Harmonix 12ax7. These are very tight and articulate in my opinion.

The idea for this amp was great a 3 channel Marshall that could be run direct and has a switchable effects loop. The reality is a little different. The direct out is one of the best I've heard. The stock amp sounded choked and did not respond in a snappy, musical manner, but it had great potential. I wish that the Tone shift buttons were mid boost instead of tone scoop butons. This amp uses phase cancelation for effects loop level and mix which is not terribly useful, but having 2 independant loops is very nice. I did the whole mod, Standard mod, new tubes and new output transformer. I have modded the footswitch myself so that I can unplug the cable from it. I kept having shorts in the cable, but no more!!!

After the Voodoo Mod the difference was incredible, the response was fabulous. The recorded tone was identicle to the sound clips on the website. I was not happy with the sound of the electro harmonix tubes in this amp, but Trace was happy to exchange them for lower gain JJ tubes. I was not entriely happy with the sound of the JJ tubes, but they were good enough. Then I tried the Groove Tubes 12ax7m and I finally fell in love with the amp and the mods done to it. The amp is extreemly sensitive to the type of preamp tube used, lower gain tubes will clean up the clean channel, while higher gain will allow the clean channel to overdrive slightly. I would give the Voodoo modded amp a 10 after the hours I have spent trying different tubes. I would strongly reccomend the Standard mod and replacing the output transformer. I also reccomend new power tubes over the stock tubes. If you are very picky about tone, be prepared to try different tubes, but I do reccomend the Groove tubes 12ax7m for a classic marshall tone. There is some additional noise, but I think I am now turning the amp up louder since it sounds so clear and exceptional now. It is no more noisy than other high quality amps.

I have been playing over 20 years and this is now the best amp I have ever owned. The secret to just about any tube amp is great quality tubes. The stock Lead channel of the amp was unsuable and sounded terrible. Voodoo is the only place to modify a TSL100 and make the whole amp more usable/professional. A TSL 100 is well worth modifying but be prepared to re-learn your amp and experiment with preamp tubes to get the tone you love.

This amp was made in 1998. 100 watts, all tube, 3 channels, Clean, Crunch and Lead. Three sets of knobs and buttons on the front panel give you independent volume, gain and tone controls for each channel. Two F/X loops, Virtual Power Reduction, XLR out....this thing just about has it all.

As for my guitars, I bounce between a Gibson Les Paul Studio with a stock 500T Humbucker for straight rock, metal and punk tones (KISS, IRON MAIDEN, RAMONES, BAD RELIGION, FOO FIGHTERS, GREEN DAY) and a Gibson SG with Classic '57's, tuned way down for stoner rock (FU MANCHU and the like). I also have an American-made Kramer with an EMG-81 for when I get the METALLICA/SLAYER fits. This head is used in a 1960A/B full stack configuration. On the master F/X loop, (and this is real important) I use an MXR KFK-1 10-band graphic EQ. This EQ, along with the mods Trace did, have turned this amp into a MONSTER.
Before the mods, I could never really get the tones I wanted out of this amp. It was close, but it always sounded boxy and nasally overall. It had plenty of power, but it just didn't rock the house like some of the other Marshalls I've heard over the years. That warm, bellowing tone with chunky distortion was just not completely there. The overall 'feel' of playing out of this amp was strained; I felt like I was having to hit the strings harder than I really wanted to, things didn't feel like they were just flowing out of the speakers and my fingers just didn't feel like they were flowing as easily over the strings as they would if the tone was right.
After having the amp for about 2 years, I decided to send it to Trace at Voodoo Amps along with a list of songs that I liked the guitar sounds on. He swapped out the stock output transformer and performed his standard mods for this model. Additionally, I asked him to make the mid-range more scoop-able than he normally would. When I got the amp back, there was a definite improvement in the overall tone of the amp. The channels seemed much more consistent with each other and the amp seemed to have a heck of a lot more power. If I set the controls at a lower volume to a sound that I liked, and then turned the amp way up, it seemed to hold on to the sound I set it to better than before the mods, where I had to re-EQ when turning up to stage volume. Another major improvement is that the crunch channel sounds awesome. I used to use the lead channel for both rhythm and solos, but now I actually use the crunch channel instead. I honestly don't think the clarity and tone of this channel could possibly be any better. And there is tons of gain on the crunch channel, more than there was before. Cranked to 10, the gain stays warm and clear, it doesn't sound fuzzy or muffled; it's totally usable. The lead channel snarls too, and it's nice to have in case I need that, eh-hem, "...extra push over the cliff", be it for crazy solos or extreme heavy distorted sounds. The clean channel really benefited from the mods as well, this amp went from having decent clean tone, to having one of the best I've ever heard on a Marshall. Anyone I?ve shown this to just dropped their jaw because they never expected to hear those kind of sweet clean tones coming out of a Marshall. I don't know how Trace did it, but he did it. It's just amazing. This thing sounds AWESOME.

With the exception of the horrible footswitch this thing came with, this amp has never given me any problems in the years I've owned it. I've gigged it several times without a backup and never had any worries. Trace's commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. He's a rare breed. I don't think there's an egotistical bone in his body. Every exchange that I had with him was pleasant, and his attention to detail and understanding made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience (box up YOUR Marshall head and ship it UPS without losing a wink of sleep!!!) into a really memorable and cool experience. He really aims to please and does everything he can to make you happy. Rather than doing things the way HE thinks they should be, it truly is a CUSTOM shop that he is running in that he does everything he can to make the amp sound the way YOU think it should sound. Great, great guy, just be patient with him. It's obvious that he is regularly inundated with e-mail, phone calls and mod work to do, so please do cut him some slack if turnaround time is longer than expected. IT'S WELL WORTH THE WAIT, IF THERE IS A WAIT AT ALL!!!

I've been playing for about 13 years. I've always wanted a Marshall and was a bit disappointed by this amp in its stock form. Between the mods and the use of the EQ on the F/X loop, I'm finally getting the tones I've always wanted. Clean, distorted and everything in between, this amp rocks, that's all there is to it. If it were lost or stolen, I'd do it all over again.

The amp was built in either 2000 or 2001. It has three channels,(Clean,

Clean and another for the distortion channels. It's a 100 watter which
I use in a Classic Rock band. This amp has plenty of juice, no doubt!

I have a Gibson Les Paul Standard with stock pickups and a Gibson Explorer with a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge with a stock pickup in the neck.I also have an Gibson SG with Seymour Duncans as well as an Ibanez RGT-42 with stock pickups. The amp sounded ok but I wasn't really 100% happy with it. The sound seemed to get lost in the mix and there was no definition to it. I play Classic Rock and I always liked the cranked up Marshall sound with that sweet midrange punch and
silky sustain. I couldn't get that sound until I brought it to Voodoo
Amps. I can't believe the super job they did on it!!! Trace and his
technician,(I believe his name is Anthony)did an outstanding job while
I waited. I learned so much while talking with them and they are a real class act. The time flew by so fast just asking questions and watching
them at work. When we tried the amp out, I couldn't belive that was the
same amp I brought to them. Everything I wanted out of a Marshall and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. As a matter of fact, I
am going to bring my ADA MP-1 to have that done as well. My brother came over and heard it and noticed the difference right away. Needless
to say, he will also be taking a trip to Voodoo to get his Marshall TSL
done too. This amp is a total tone monster now and I can't say enough
about Trace and his tech. My hats off to you guys!!! I would rate this

(I lost the tip of my ring finger) I started playing again 2 and a half years ago making substitutions with my other 3 fingers and all is going well now.I also have an ADA MP-1 midi tube pre-amp as well as a Vox Valvetronics 120 watter. If something happened to this amp, I would have to go buy another one and have Voodoo mod it. I have been on a tone quest for many years and now I can say I'm really happy with my sound.

The amp was made in either 2001 or 2002... I'm not sure. The amp is now extremely versatile. It has the same features as stock (you already know them, which is why you're interested in this amp to begin with, no?) but every one is more useable. I'll explain later. It has three channels all switched via a footswitch with a bad rap, but has given me no problems so far. Every channel has its own Eq, gain, etcetera. I don't use VPR because it colors my tone too much. I don't use the amp reverb, either. If Marshall designed the amp without them, I'd not miss them.
The Voodoo mods are Trace's basic circuit mods for the TSL as well as an Obsolete Electronics output transformer. I put in a set of JJ tubes ECC83S's and E34L's the day before sending him the amp, so the amp was biased to those tubes.

I primarily play Les Pauls (Customs & Classics) with Seymour Duncan pickups (Duncan Custom/'59 combination). I use Ernie Ball Skinny Top/Heavy bottom strings (huge part of my sound) and play in standard tuning and drop-d. The amp is no more noisy than any high-gain amp and certainly less noisy than many (Triple XXX and 5150 immediately come to mind). It suits my band and me better than any piece of gear I have ever used. As soon as they heard it through my 1960AV, my drummer cracked a grin. There was more room (frequency-wise) for my bass player, too. They love the sound and so do I. The sound gets sweeter and sweeter as it gets louder. Problem is the amp is too loud... :)
All three channels are much more useable now. I love the tone of the lower-gain channel, but mainly use the higher-gain channel. Both are very musical. It's hard to explain. The lower-gain channel sounds very nice, crunchy and balanced. It's almost an early 80's Metal sound, but with a little less gain and compression. The higher-gain channel has more gain and a little compression and is more chunky, but still has great crunch.
Compare to stock, this amp isn't the same thing I sent Trace. Stock, the mids were boxy, the bass loose, the gain flubby and a bit fizzy (not as bad as many modern-gain amps, though) and the highs were harsh. The amp sounded as if there was a blanket over the cab, but turning up the treble or prescence only made the sound harsher and didn't help the clarity at all. I could get half-decent tones, but nothing that really satisfied me.
When I got it back, I had to spend a couple weeks tweaking it. It was like no amp I ever had. I didn't like it at first because the normal things I did to tweak an amp didn't work for me and I had to start over at square one to get my sound. Now that I have, it's so worth the time and money I've put into this. The amp packs a real punch. It's clean and tight, even with the gain maxed, and just gets sweeter the more you turn it up. The bass is tight... very tight, the mids are full and crunchy (like the Rivera Knucklehead I played and fell in love with) and the highs are smooth and add clarity. Even before I started tweaking, though, the amp projected 1000x times better than stock. The behind-a-blanket feel and sound were gone. The problem, like I said, is the amp is just too loud and VPR colors the tone too much. No problem, though... that's why Trace got my business to mod a 2204... :)

Dunno... I've never broken an amp before. I've gigged without a backup, but that's just lack of space more than anything else. Definately bring extra tubes, just because you never know. It's like carrying an umbrella. I give no opinion here because I'm confident the amp and the mods will last, but I've never had a problem with any piece of equipment other than stuff that just plain sounds bad... :)

Because of this, I have sent him a 1986 2204 for some work and I'll review that as soon as I get it and get to play with it for a while. The amp was made most likely in 2001, as I bought it
in early 2002. The amp has since been modded, but
none of the stock features were lost in the process.
Its a 3 channel all tube design with independent tone
controls. A very versitile set up for the gigging
musician who needs tones on the fly. Check out the
Marshall website to really see what this thing is all
about in its stock form.

This amp was purchased after I spoke to Trace Allen
the owner of Voodoo Amps, and explained to him exactly
what I needed. He suggested this amp would be perfect
for him to work on and get me the desired results.
What can I say? He was dead on. I pretty much play
hard rock/metal music, and Trace asks that you give
him a few guitar tones that you really are looking to
get close to and he'll do his best to get you there
(Lynch, Zakk, Di Martini, Lee, Beach). When I got
this amp back it completely blew my mind how good the
tones were. Very full, open, and organic. Plenty of
gain to spare as well. I was indeed a satisfied
customer as I was considering dropping a bunch more
cash on a Bogner, but at the 11th hour decided to go
the more personal route of having an amp modded to my
taste. I dont look back with regret at all.
Besides having the circuit mods done, I also had Trace
replace the transformer with an OEI. I dont know if
its this or the circuitry mods, but this amp is so
responsive its downright scary. I was never a guy to
play with the volume control on my guitar before this
amp. It cleans up so well, that you feel like you
have more than 3 channels at your disposal. Its also
very sensitive to picking dynamics and technique. It
really lets your actual guitars sound shine through.
This amp is a real utility player in that it can
cover many other types of music as well, from jazzy,
to bluesy, to all out sonic mayhem, and it never gets
muddy or looses focus. One of the most articulate,
and clear sounding high gainers I have ever heard.

I am sure that Traces work will withstand any abuse I
can throw at it. On the other hand, the circuit
boards inside were designed by Marshall, so I really
can not say how reliable this amp will be. Given that
trace himself recommended this amp, i am sure it will
be fine as long as I dont throw it off a building.
Since its been modded, I would not send it back to
Marshall if something did occur. So far, so good!

I have since dealt with Trace on the purchase of a Hex
50 head, and he has been nothing less than a class act
all the way. I would not hesitate to do any kind of
business with him. A straight shooter and a real
stand up kinda guy.

I can not praise this amp enough. Sounds killer, and
really sounds as good as any other amp I have heard.
Sure there are different flavors out there, but Trace
let me choose my flavor. This amp has a lot of
similar qualities that are found in Traces custom
amps. It complements my Hex 50 beautifully. I can
not wait to get my Hex 2 channel amp though. Thats
going to be something special.

Since this is a mod, this does not really apply. However, the original features still exist after the mod, with different consequences to tone.

Anyone who plays a TSL100 knows that the sound is very fuzzy and loose in the bass. There is alot of gain available, but the sound is like the amp is behind a wall and not up front. Trace's mods clear all that up. I asked for a tighter bass, and to get rid of the buzzy/fuzzy gain sound that was there no matter what you did. Here is the result: Clean channel is now the perfect blend of Fender shimmer with some Marshall blues compression thrown in. The mid boost switch puts this tone in blues heaven, and disengaging it puts you in clean strumming territory. Crunch channel now sounds like a cranked Plexi on volume 2. The best sound of any amp in my opinion, and the reason people admire Bogner amps so much. You can hear every note of a chord, but the sustain and grind are still there. Turning down the volume cleans up the sound. This alone is worth twice what you will pay for the mod. This is what it is all about .... crunch with articulation, tight bass runs (think "Carry On" by Kansas or "Heavy" by Collective Soul..) and wicked sounding chords no matter what interval is thrown in. Outstanding!! The Lead channel still has more compression and is still darker, but the mod makes it come forward in the mix. The result is a pummeling rock sound that is both full and punchy at the same time. I can not say enough about the tone of this amp after the mod. Trace has great ears, and knows what you want. My amp has gone from a flubby gain ridden amp to an articulate crushing amp with his mod.

Trace and all the Voodoo amps people are professionals! This is not some fly-by-night setup. Trace both builds his own amps and does mods of other brands. The amps are tested after the mods to ensure tone and run for hours to ensure reliability of components. Trace stands behind all his work, and is always responsive to any questions and concerns you may have. It don't get better than this!

Trace is the best guy to deal with when talking over modifications. Lets face it, it is nerve wracking to give your amp up to somebody who will work on the boards and power section of your amp. But Trace knows what questions to ask, and he is always there with quick responses. A great, great experience from a super professional and friendly guy.

I am a former Bogner Ecstasy owner, but I hated using a $3300 amp just to do bar gigs. Plus all Bogners sound basically the same. I bought a used Marshall and decided to have Trace mod it. This amp will compete with anyone's Bogner and will be customized towards your own personal sound. This is a GREAT value for GREAT tone with OUTSTANDING workmanship. I saved $1700 dollars by going this route!! And I honestly like the Voodoo tone better than the Bogner. Again, Trace customized it to my own tastes. This amp is now one aggressive MF, and with tone. And it sounds like this at any volume. Ripping, man, just RIPPING!!! If you yearn for better tone, do not hesitate. It costs you nothing to Email Trace or call him and ask questions.
