The features are already covered, however, I would like to add, it also has an extension speaker out. I'm happy with all the features.

Sound Quality : 10
I use various, mostly cheaper guitars (I'm a bassplayer), Squire Affinity Strat, Teles, 335 copy etc. I get great sounds pretty well with anything. Most amp settings are at 12 o'clock. Just an amp for me to fool around with at home. I play blues and old rock n roll.

Reliability : 10
I purchased one from the store still in the box and took it home. The amp wouldn't even turn on. Took it back for another that was on the shelf. Have had no problems, mind you it hasn't been out of the house. Based on the one I have, a 10.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
I'm a 50 year old fart and been playing since I was 14. i'm not gonna mention all my gear here, other than I also own a silverface Bassman and a Bassman 100. I plugged my Mesa Boogie cab into this amp and it sounded like it would have plenty power to gig with.

new two channel s.s. 3 band eq,12" bad dog speaker, line out ,footswitch jack, headphone jack.level controls for both channels.

Sound Quality : 9
I use a yamaha sd 112 with a semour duncan jeff beck in the bridge.also a modified jay turser strat copy with a gibson 490t hb.in the bridge position(sounds awesome)The amp is quiet and sounds exceptional for a small solid state unit. The distortion can be e.q.ed for vintage or modern easily and has a nice tone.It really has a lot of sounds in this amp,but the clean headroom is alittle low for live work with the band.I play modern and traditional gospel and like to crank it once in while and am quite pleased with the tone of this amp.

Reliability : No Opinion

e-mailed washburn to ask about a foot switch(not included)and they got right back to me if only to tell me to buy one aftermarket.Because it wasn't included,I give them an 8

I am 47 yrs old and have had every amp known to man(a confirmed gear junkie)and this amp is ideal for price, sound and weight.Don't expect tube tone, but it is high quality none the less. The aluminum grill cover is kind of like it or not;a toss up .great beginner or pro amp if you are not too fussy.
