I thought this was a Bass amp when I first saw it. Has 2 channels one HI/LOW that operates via push pull on the volume. Typical bass, treble, presence knobs. Large closed back cab with a single 12" speaker. Hell it could be a 15". Sounds great. Clean and great tone. Actually this is a 120 watt amp. Has no markings but the output transformer is rated for 120W and it is just as loud as my Roland JC120. There are not many tweaks though.

Sound Quality : 8
Sweet clean tone. No driven channel but it does have great bass responce and sounds very nice thru a Roland GP16.

Reliability : 8
Don't know. Just got it and it's heavy as hell. Seems to be quality as it looks over 20 years old and all knobs are crystal clear still.
Built like a rock. A very heavy rock.

None. Good luck I can't find anything on Westbury. Anyone know if this is actually a Marshall company? This amp appears to be a Marshall copy.

Overall Rating : 9
I've been playing for awhile and this amp sounds great thru my Gibson LP custom as well as a Gibson Chet Atkins Tennessean hollowbody. Great tone and not many other frills. Would make a great box for Mic'd recordings or as a nice ISO box for mic'd pa performances.
