The amp is probably about 1980, made by a legendary maker in the UK.
Mine is the head, I would agree looking at the transformers that it is probably closer to 150w than 100w. 4 x output tubes (all tube preamps.) Hugely heavy due to the massive transformers.
This was built as a "Fender" meets "Marshall" in that the eq. is Fender
(treble/middle/bass/presence and switchable "bright" but using EL34 type output and high gain possibilities.
It also has reverb.
Also features a cascaded gain stage with "master" volume as well as a
"boost" feature which is foot switchable and has its own gain control.
Black tolex, and Fender style knobs on my amp.
It has switchable out put, 4, 8 , 16, plus a "direct injection" out and a slave out, all very useful for recording, etc.

I have not needed to use such a high powered amp for a while, but this amp is really on par with Fender / Marshall / HiWatt as you can go from Twin Reverb territory to full on filth, or just hugely powerful clean Would also be good for bass.

The amplifier is beautifully made and I can't see why it would not be as reliable
as any of the top end all tube amps. MIne has some faceplate deterioration, but the
rest of the amp internally is "like new."

This is an undiscovered legend, perhaps known mainly to the British musos of the era (an English guitarist friend of mine who was playing in the UK at the time regards it very highly.)
As I say, I am using much lower powered amps these days, and the weight of the unit
is a limitation, but overall I'd say it is right up there with any top range amp,
but with more tonal + distortion capabilities than most.
Only one input, and no channel changing, but for what it can do, I rate it highly.
