Made in the mid-seventies (I think), it has proven next to impossible to find anything about this amp. It has eight inputs that play through four individually controllable channels. Each of the four has a volume, base, treble, and reverb control. It has outputs for two speakers and a tape out. The on/off is on the rear.

A beautiful, full, warm sound! Sounds like a tube amp. I use a Les Paul with humbuckers, and am very pleased with the sound, but I don't think you could get much distortion. It has absolutely no noise, when it's on you can put your ear to the speaker and can't tell. Don't expect much from the reverb -- weak, but kinda pleasing sound if you don't need much actual reverb. Pretty basic, but very nice sounding.

I replaced one of the capacitors in it when I bought it -- before the hum was so loud it was unusable -- the cap had burst (a problem that will happen more and more often with these older amps). After that, and cleaning it, I've had absolutely no problems -- the pots are dead silent, everything works fine.

None -- did all the work myself -- can't even find out what happened to the company that made it.

I like it --if I could find another one for a good price I would buy it in a minute. I've only been playing about a year (or so), but my friends who have been playing much longer like this amp also, except for the limitations noted. I got it because it was very cheap and I figured I could fix it, and now I'm very happy with it.
