Features : 8
Built in 2004, the amp is a straight forward Fender style combo with two Normal and bright inputs. The features are minimal for the purpose of tone, the no none sense old school tube amp approach. The amp doesn't have a reverb unit, but I use a reverb pedal, which works just fine for me. I use it for most of my shows, I play in a touring blues/rock band, it has more than enough power for any blues club at 100 watts.

What the amp lacks in features it makes up for in quality and craftsmanship. Which I consider a feature in its own. The cloth wiring and point to point handwired chassis is a testament to the quality in which Fender used to make in their own amps.

Sound Quality : 10
I use mostly a Strat and Texas Special pickups and it has a very nice and round sound with good bottom end, very three dimensional tone with a clean, yet tube driven dirt to it. I also use an old 79 Ibanez for Slide work and gives a great raunchy sound with the Humbuckers, for a little more grit than the single coils.

The amp suits me great for the loud guitar driven blues Rock music I play. Crank it up and let the tubes drive the sound of the amp and your good to go. There's no distortion channel, none of that garbage mucking up the tone.

Reliability : 10
I've used the amp without a backup and didn't think twice. The amp comes with a life time qaurantee, and the amp has yet to fail me.

Customer Support : 10
Wright Amplifications is a small company that cares about it's customers, and their satisfaction with the amps. The warranty is a lifetime quarantee of the parts and craftmanship

Overall Rating : 10
A reliable vintage Fender amp, built by midwest amp builder Aaron Wright. If you are looking for that classic Fender Sound, this amp delivers just that. Old school feel and look, with the reliability of a brand new amp.
