Features : 10
Manufactured In New Hampshire. Solid wood guitar, Spruce top, mahogony back and sides. A Grand COncert size I guess. The body is tapered so it's in between a grand auditorium and grand concert size, with a cutaway. Abalone trim and binding. Beautiful inlay work. Gloss finish. 14 fret. Built in Electronics.

Sound : 9
Sounds great. Sound is mid range to brite. Sounds great for recording. I used it for a Church concert recently and it worked very well in a finger/thumbstyle type playing style.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Setup was more for strummers, and I like the action extremely close for fingerstyle playing with a light touch, so I set it accordingly and it works very well. It is put together very well. Did not see excessive glue around braces etc, and the abalone binding and inlay is beautiful.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Should hold up well and would stand live playing just fine.
They don't supply a hard case, so I would recommend getting one.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No experience with thier customer service.
I met them at the Chet Atkins Convention in Nashville and they seem like very nice people.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing many many years in bands and now mostly solo performances.
It is a very pretty guitar. I think it sounds very much like a Taylor 312-ce. If it was stolen or lost I would probably replace it with an ACE nylon string guitar.
