Features : 9
I got this guitar new in early 2003, but I think it was a closeout so it might have been made earlier. 20 frets. Not sure about the top. 3 band eq and volume. Inside (bridge) pickup, don't know the brand. Active Peizo eq. Don't know the woods in the neck. Black transparant finish. Single cutaway. Standard acoustic bridge. Grover tuners. Came with 9 volt battery.

Sound : 8
I am a bass player who plays at guitar. I do some recording of my own material and needed an acoustic electric for that purpose. I play mostly rock, from folk rock to hard rock. The sound is clean, but a it trebly. It can be tweaked to get a very good amplified sound, (turn the bass up to about 7, the mid down to -3 or 4,, and the treble at about '0'. The unplugged sound is very good. With the eq and a good amp you can get a good variety of sound textures. I tend to get some feedback when running thou a pa system, but my buddy with a Martin has the same problem.

Action, Fit, & Finish : No Opinion
The guitar was set up very well when I rec'd it. The action is excellent! I was very pleased to get a guitar that plays this well, and sounds this good for the price!
The guitar had a noticable dent on the top edge, but it ws a scratch & dent item so I can't complain.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I haven't banged the guitar around much so I don't know how it would hold up. It stays in tune really well. It seems dependable, no loose strap buttons. EQ seems to be well seated. Tuners are not at all loose. I'd take it to a gig.

Not dealt with company.

I've been playing for 30 yrs. I own a Washburn electric, A vintage teisco electric, a sigma martin 12 string a cheap montaya bass and a Rickenbacker 4003 bass, (I''m a bass player after all). I play the guitars thru a behringer gx110, (I only play guitar at home).
I would definately buy another if i could find it. In fact, I'd get one now if I could find one with the blue finish.
My favorite feature is a tie betwee the sound and playability. But it also looks really cool.
