Let's start by saying I love this guitar. It is an Agile Les Paul copy with a white pearl top, the kind of material used to cover drums. This is the second one I have owned. The first had a bad crack in the top. Rondo Music in Union, NJ sells these guitars exclusively. The bridge is an ABR-1 style; tuners look like Grovers. The neck is a comfortable C shape. Not too thin, not too fat. Made in Korea. The body is mahogany, 22 fret neck. Two volume, two tone and toggle switch. The neck is maple, I think.

Sound : 10
The guitar sounds remarkably good with the Agile humbuckers, better than expected. I play through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe with no mods, and various stompboxes. The guitar is not noisy at all. Crank it up and it wails! Classic humbucker crunch in treble, nice mids, good bass response for rhythm work.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The action and playability was amazingly good, right out of the box. Intonation is right on and IT STAYS IN TUNE!!! What a concept. No flaws I can see at all. Workmanship is excellent all around. The Koreans are really coming into their own as guitarmakers.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Absolutely it will withstand live gigs and the hardware and finish seem bulletproof. Strap buttons are extra large and solid. I can absolutely depend on this guitar just as is. I always take 3-4 guitars to gigs, so it will never be my only guitar.

Customer Support : 10
Have been pleased with all Agile guitars I have bought from Rondo. No issues at all.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing over thirty years and own 17 guitars. I would certainly buy another, as long as Rondo doesn't run out of them! I like the way the guitar looks-very cool with the marine pearl top, and the fact that it holds a tuning is the most important factor in a guitar to me. It would be nice if it came with a Bigsby vibrato, but I can have that installed. Rondo music is closing it's retail location in Union, NJ and are blowing out the Agile guitars dirt cheap. I paid $135 for this guitar! Act fast if you want one. Highly recommended.
