Features : 10
24 frets, active pups, thin neck, tune-o-matic, set neck. HSH.

I've had it for over a year.

Pretty bright. For me, the neck pickup is just horrible, but I'm really not a fan of the tone of any bridge pup, they come out so muddy.

The bridge pup is great when distorted. It has a fantastic clean sound which is really interesting. I'm not too big on the single-coil. It has a really crisp tone. I run it through a Behringer GMX212.

For stock pickups, it's simply amazing.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Action is pretty good, very nice. It came with a pretty good setup.

There's no real cosmetic flaws with mine, it's very lightweight and the Tribal Green just looks great.

Reliability/Durability : 10
It feels sturdy, I'd trust it to a gig. I have some more expensive guitars from other brands, and have played a lot of them. The tone is better, it plays better. An incredibly fast neck, and you gotta love the ebony fretboard.

Customer Support : 10
Hands down, some of the best customer support out there. I've gotten 4-5 guitars and some other accessories from Rondomusic. I've also had an issue once with another guitar from them, problem fixed BAM that's it.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
It's my #1 guitar. I payed $400 unfortunately, a month or two there was a temporary price cut on it. Looks like the price has been steadily climbing, but I'd recommend it for anyone. It's really just a great play, great stock pickups, light and balanced.

The Agile AG-3000 is a copy of the Schecter C7 with some differences. The Agile has a Alder body with a set maple neck. The neck features a Ebony fretboard with abalone fret markers and 24 jumbo frets. The scale length is 25.5 It comes with Grover tuners (18-1 ratio). The 3000 features string thru body with a TuneOMatic bridge. There are three pickups, the neck and bridge are active and the middle is a single coil passive. There are two tone controls and one volume with a 5 way selector switch, tone and volume knobs are recessed into the body. The guitar weighs 8lbs. My guitar is finished in black but it also is available in two different quilted tops and a natural finish. The quilted top and natural finish run $100 more than the black.

This is my second Agile, my first being a 2500 Les Paul copy. I can't express how much I love the 2500 and when I first got the 3000 and played it I was disapointed. It sounded thin and sterile, nothing like the warm and thick tone of the Les Paul. But the more I play the 3000 the more I am beginning to love it. This is a metal screamer thru and thru.. it shreads... crank up the amp and lean on some distortion and you can not tell the difference between this guitar and one running EMG actives. I am sure the purist could nit pick the sound when compared to a 81/85 Emg combo, but you almost buy the guitar for just the price of the EMGs.. its really a no brainer.
The big difference between the Agile and the Schecter is the active pickups, and the fact the Agile has a third passive pickup. The sound of the single coil has much less volume than on the actives.. but thats the way it should be. While the single coil seems the be the weakest link in this guitar on its own.. it still sounds good and gives a much wider range of tones than the two pickups on the Schecter. If you like EMGs.. you will love this guitar.

The first thing I did with this guitar was to take it to my local luthier for a professional set up. His opioion was the factory set up was not too bad.. the strings were good and low.. but the intonation was off and the truss rod needed a bit of tweeking. 30 minutes work the the set up was sick...

The one feature of Agiles in general is the high level of fit and finish, especially in this price range. My 2500 was flawless and this one was very close to being so. The only flaws I could see in a very detailed examination was some slight imperfections in the paint on the back of the guitar. It looked like you could see some overlap from the spraying process. Certainly nothing serious and not obvious to the casual observer.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I would gig with this guitar without question. The guitar seems very sturdy. The guitar comes with the biggest strap buttons I have ever seen, once you get your strap on its not gonna come off unless you really want it to. The finish seems to be the typical heavy Korean paint. Although the guitar does not come with a pick guard I am sure it will hold up just fine.

Customer Support : 10
The best. I have dealt with their customer support and they get a 10.

This is my third guitar, I also have the previously mentioned Agile 2500 and I have a Epiphone Les Paul. I am sold on the Agiles and plan to buy another when I can afford it. For the money, theres nothing sold that even comes close to what your getting from Agile. The Schecter this guitar is modeled on runs $700 and does not have the features of the Agile. Schecter makes a $299 version of this style of guitar and its pure crap when compared with the 3000. If you want a metal shread monster and don't want to pay $700 to a $1000 take a serious look at what this guitar has to offer.
