I was told this acoustic was given to the mabn I got it from in 1958 or 59. It has19 frets, brass fret bars, rosewood neck, Airline painted on headstock. It's 36" long and about 13 " wide at it's widest. It is black around the outer edges fading to orande/red in the middle. There is a white plastic pick guard. Everything is original and in working order. It is probably a "student" or 3/4 sized guitar, a standard acoustic body. It has a simple screw on bridge, no name on the tuners, but they are locking tuners. The neck is fairly thick, the frets are smaller than usual. It plays surprisingly well for a cheap guitar. Then action is a little stiff, but with light strings, not bad. I play rhythm on it and accompany singers at parties, etc.

It is great for folk or blues and country. It has a good tone, somewhat tinny, but good harmonics.

It is in good shape considering it is almost 50 years old and has never been kept in a case or bag or anything.

I have used it to play at parties and bbq's. The hardware is good and shows no sign of failing. The finish is still close to new, no gouges or scatches. The strap button is original and in good shape. I would use it at a gig with no fear.

I've been playing since 1971 or 1972. I have a Les Paul, an SG, a Stratocaster, a Washburn Acoustic/Electric and a Guild Model 212,a 12 string dreadnought acoustic, I also have 2 pianos, a violin. My main amp is a Marshall MG250dfx,but I also use a Fender 35 watt amp and a Fender Satellite with a Digitech pedal. I also use a morley Dis/Wah on occaision. I am not going to die if someone steals it. It is an object of curiosity to me. It is not of the greatest quality, but it is okay.
