Albert & Muller S1 built in April 2001 in Germany (near Koblenz). 22 frets. Solid spruce top. Included gig bag. Neck is 45 mm (guess in US it's 1 3/4).Nice Schaller tuners. Acoustic guitar so there are not so many features.
Sound

Great sound for that price. Powerful basses and an overall bright sound. Nice hights too. Clear and "silvery" sound. In my eyes ideal for New-age, fingerpicking and also Rock-acoustic music. Maybe the basses in the higher frets from 7th on do miss some sustain (a bit of an empty sound).
Action, Fit, & Finish
:
No Opinion
The action was really good. They adjusted it to my playing. I do play with fingernails. The neck is quite easy to play and very pleasant to play. The guitar is really nicely finished and has a nice look.
Reliability/Durability

It seems to me that it can last a long time. It is definitly the right guitar for an acoustic guitar player who wants great quality without spending a fortune.
Customer Support

The support is very good. They are just a small crew of 3 people and they are happy to have a little visit. Very professional

A great guitar which has the quality of much more expensive guitars like Taylor or Martin. A top quality/price guitar.
