Made in California in 1985. It has 24 frets, a rosewood top on mahogany, 3 piece maple neck, ebony fretboard and MOP oval markers
It has a volume, a tone and a 5 way pickup selector. 3 active single coil Alembic pickups. The finish is satin, Alembic brass tune-o-matic style bridge with Schaller non locking tuners

Pickups are incredibly bright and clean. fantastic live sound. I have only used mesa boogie amps.
Only dislike is you can't get the pickups to naturally "sag" no matter what you do

Guitar does have a couple of issues here
First, the knobs that they use are so big and bulky that the volume knob turns itself down while playing, so I always have to adjust it. I notice I'm not as loud as before, and sure enough it turns itself down
Second, the 5 way pickup selector switch is exactly the opposite of the way a traditional Strat one works. All the way down is neck pickup and not bridge pickup like normal
Last, and this is the most important one; even though the action is really nice, I always feel like I'm playing a bass when I use this guitar

I asked them when I bought it what year it was, what model it was etc. They never responded, so I found out doing my own research on the internet
