Very good finish, Fishman prefix pro-blend, cutaway body, excellent features given the price

Sound : 10
I play any type of music but mostly jazz. I play in concerts halls, bars, the street or anywhere else. I usually play with a sax and a contrabass. The guitar suits almost any style. Its sound is clear, balanced but may be a bit edgy for classical music ( it is a flamenco guitar ). It has a bright sound, very "percussive" in a way. It cut through the mix and clearly is excellent for Flamenco. Anyway, the quality of this instrument is so high that you may play virtually anything.

Action, Fit, & Finish : No Opinion
The action was a bit too high for me. I went to the local shop and the action was lowered in ten minutes. No flaws on this guitar, Very comfortable to play with. Very fast neck for being a nylon guitar. No problem

Reliability/Durability : 10
Excellent instrument but BE CAREFUL. IF YOU TAKE THE PLANE, TAKE THE STRINGS OFF. THIS GUITAR DOES NOT LIKE TEMPERATURE CHANGES AND HATES CHOCKS. I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU HAD A LOOK AT THE WAY INTRUMENTS ARE HANDLED IN PLANES BUT........... IT IS NOT GOOD. THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO BUY A GOOD CASE. REMEMBER IT

Customer Support : No Opinion
I never contacted them

Overall Rating : 10
Excellent instrument, good quality micophone, no problem

Alhambra provides the best of a guitarists demands for Student prices, un beatable sound quality.

This a Flamenco eletcric Cut Away, if anyone who plays Flamenco out there doubts the sound of a electric Cut Away then this is the guitar to try., it is simply fantastic for a player to be able to reach higher parts of there finger board and yet change mood of tones dramatically on the fly with the Fishman blend and ofcourse positioning of the right hand., the guitar has a Briliant and warm sound depending on the player.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
i ordered this guitar, i opened the box at the music shop when it arrived, strummed one chord, checked the neck and few things and in les then 4 minutes i took it home!

I tried several guitars before concluding that this been a Flamenco and a cut away would be possible, i simply tried other Al Hambra guitars and had confidence in there makes, they deserve more reconition in my opinion, they allready stand above a crowd of makers in Spain.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar is a investment in both my playing, my recordings, my performances and value in the future.

I would say that thi is a artistant concert guitar in one, at a student price!

Customer Support : 10
Al Hambra responds to peoples emails withing the same day if not the next., i allways had a kind and generous email from the guys there, i am currently in the process of a luther model now, i have no doubt at all that no matter what the outcome, its gonna be a great guitar i will be glad to pay for in a heart beat!

Overall Rating : 10
Alhambra, Jose Remerez and Admira are popular names in Spain now, but i have to say that Alhambra stands above the crowd for me, there guitars have a very Unique tone, even there acoutics (especially the western) has a very beautifull sustaining bass tone that goes on and on and very smooth and warm.

A tip for a traveler?
Go to Spain and visit the Alhambra Guitar Makers, you will have the experience of your life, its a must.
