This is a hand-made 12 string with spruce top/mahongany back and sides. I had it equipped with the M500 Electronics from St. Louis Music. Came with close fitting hard shell case and factory equipped with Elixer strings.

The sound is beautiful and bright - just the way I like it. I play it unplugged for practice and plugged in for church on Sundays. It is balanced and full either way.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The guitar was well set up to begin with and the action is the best I have ever played on a 12 string (and I've been playing for 25 years). There are two almost indetectable finish flaws: a small pin-point sized finish blemish on the back and a quarter sized area on the back that has almost indetectable waviness to the finish.
Reliability/Durability

I have been playing Alvarez's for a long time and have found them to be very reliable. I have been hammering on this one weekly for 6 months to my complete satisfaction.

So far so good - lifetime warranty and St. Louis Music was great installing the electronics for me.

All in all, I could not be happier. This is the best guitar I've ever owned and will stand in sound and playability to any twelve string I've ever had in my hands. The price was almost unbelievable and I am so happy with this 12 string that I am looking to expand my 6 string collection with at least one Yairi.
