I play mainly blues & 60's Rock. This guitar is perfect for my tastes. I play it through a Trace Elliot Bonneville (50w tube combo) & use a Electric Mistress Flanger, Ibanez CS-9 Chorus pedal for effects. Wide variety of sounds to be found here rock, jazz, country, blues.

Very few if any flaws here, set up redone, pickup-height, intonation, low action. Just as good a player as any Les Paul I have played at a fraction of the cost.

This guitar will withstand years of hard use as is evidenced by the last 18 years, with all original parts.

I have been playing on & off for the last 30 years, why buy a Les Paul when you can get just as good a player for 1 tenth the cost. If it were stolen I would replace it in a heartbeat (if I could find another one).

I play mostly blues styles and this guitar is good for blues and just about anything else. There are lots of sound options with the coil taps on the pickups. Excellent sustain, lots of bite on the pickups. Good wide tonal range. Lots of control from the pots. No hum or unwanted noise from the electronics.

I got this guitar used and it was set-up OK. It was in very good condition when I bought it, and close inspection reveals care in design and assembly. No flame top or anything fancy, just a bound edge on the body itself. Since it has an adjustable truss-rod neck and adjustable bridge pieces, you can set it up however you want. Medium weight, and comfortable to hoist on your shoulder.

Seems to be pretty solid constuction. Good fit and finish is an indication of this. Good metal coatings on hardware. Tuners could be better.

Since I bought it used, I don't care about warranty etc. Aria still markets guitars, so I guess that means parts are still available.

I've been playing for nearly 35 years. I try, buy and sell alot of guitars just for something to do. This guitar is definitely a keeper, notwithstanding the ridiculously low price. It does everything a set-neck, solid body guitar with 2 humbuckers should do. I am amazed at the value of the Aria line of guitars. I am going to buy all of them I can get my hands on before everybody else discovers their value.
