This guitar has a decent tabacco sunburst finish on a cutaway dreadnought body. 14 frets up to the body. Has enclosed no name tuners. Laminate spruce top. Mahoganny back and side. Rosewood fret board. Piezo pickup with 4 band sweepable EQ and built in guitar tuner. Guitar designed in Australia and made in China

Sound : 6
Sound is good. Was very bright to start with, sound has mellowed and warmed somewhat. Suited to a strumming or finger picking. Good traveller. Just doesn't have a volume of a solid body like a Cole Clark or Maton.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
The guitar was well set up from the factory for a budget guitar. The action is a little high, but not off the planet. The bridge Pizeo was an improvment upon previous model. The the spray job on the body is a little rough around the sound hole, however overall is pretty good. Generally the fit and finish is good, it is a vast improvement over the previous model.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Not really suited to live playing, too tinny through the pick up. The tuners are pretty average, the gearing in one of them has already gone. Doesn't hold its tuning very well, 10 minutes playing or placing a capo will send the tuning down south. Strap buttons are standard. The finish on the guitar, while a tad rough, seems pretty decent and should last. It's dependable as a jam guitar, very good beginners guitar.

These guys were great when the bridge became unglued and lifted from the fretboard on the previous model. They provided a replacement updated model very fast.

I have been playing for many years and own all kinds of make and model of guitars, ranging from 50's classics to modern greats. If i lost this gutiar or it was stolen I would probably get something else. Just doesn't suit my needs and sits in its case. I do like its ballsy, rough and ready sound. I don't compare it to any other my guitars, they're in a different class. It sits well with good beginners gutiars. It would be nice with some better tuners. I don't believe they make them anymore though.

This is an Australian designed guitar made in Vietnam. It is a dreadnought with a cutaway, Flame Finish Top, Mahogany Back & Sides, Rosewood Fingerboard, Mahogany Neck, Dovetail Neck Joint, Rosewood Bridge, Chrome Die Cast Machine Heads, Piezo Transducer Pickup, Prener Active 4-band EQ with Sweepable Mid

Sound : 7
The guitar that i own sounds good. i play mainly country and folk which it is well suited to. Sounded a little thrashy at first, however the sound has begun to mellow. It's a full sounding guitar at this price and the high notes are bright. You need lighter gauge strings or else the sound becomes a little muddy with too much bass tone.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 5
The guitars are well set up, there is the odd flaw in the finish, however they are minor. The pick up is the major let down with this one, the high E is often much in lower volume to the rest of the strings which is no good if you're playing slide or finger picking. The EQ has also lifted out of the body and one of the screws has fallen out. The remaining screws won't tighten. There was also a horrible buzz that developed after purchase which turned out to be poorly fitted internal wiring. All it would have taken was one extra cable tie in the factory.

Reliability/Durability : 5
They say these guitars are made for the world stage, good line for the catalouge. But i woudldn't risk my neck with this guitar, so would always have a back up. Better as a back up guitar anyway. The strap buttons are however very good. The sunburst finish is excellent and one of the finer points of the guitar. Hard to tell if they'd last. I have had mine for under a year and the bridge has come away from the body, something i've never seen in a guitar before.

These guitars have a 1 year warranty. When the bridge came away from the body of the guitar the company were happy to exchange it with little hassle. They took over a week with 2 emails.

I have been playing for over 15 years and own a number of different guitars. I wish i had have asked myself if i should spend a bit more on a back up guitar before i purchased it. It's good, but you must use lighter gauge strings with it. I love the beautiful sunburst finish. Overall they are a good, sturdy guitar that isn't too pricey. Just hold on to your reciepts incase any problems arise.
