Features : 8
Built in Japan circa in 1965-1966, it has 21 frets, It's a solid top with 4-way selector, volume and tone. It has 3 pick up passive, probably Teisco surf style pick up. Maple surnburst body in jaguar style, satin top: great feature. Plastic bridge, but of discret feature. The neck is fat and very playable. I buyed her with the original plastic case.

Sound : 8
I play garage, surf and 60's psych-beat, so for this kind music, this Auditon has a good feeling, but i prefer her on a style a la Link wray, Dale Hawkins. I use a Twin reverb, without effects. It's not a noisy guitar, but the bridge pick up is not at full of tone. The sound is bright on eachone single pick, and as normal, change dynamics and tone to the selection of more pick ups, and i can have a rich, killer surf garage sound. I guess, there are 4 great kinds of sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
The action is enough low with a good set up. The pick ups are not easy to adjusted and the bridge give an approximate regoulation on the strings. It has 1 noisy pickup selector.About all the rest is enough good.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I played this guitar 2 times in a live show. The finish is very good to last.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I have not news about this old company, but it did some of these guitars in the 60's era in Japan.

Overall Rating : 9
I played this guitar from 2 years. I like play a lot of old japanese, like Teisco, Aria, Kawaii, Domino, and european like Hagstrom, Klira, Jolana, Eko. This one for me is great for end 50's rock'n roll-surf sound.
