1990 NJ, 24 fret, BLOOD RED, 1 volume, 1 tone, 3 way toggle switch, 2 SMOKIN' Dbl Humbuckers, passive electronics. Body- maple baby.. only way to go! Strat style but very much its own master. Lic under Floyd Rose locking trem, Grover tuners, Thin FAST neck. Came with strap locks, locking nut, KILLER looks and SHREDS like Mustaine used to when he used B.C. Rich..

I'm an old shool shredder, I only own B.C. Rich guitars and have since I started playing 9 years ago. I still have EVERY ONE. I bought a used early 80's Assassin a few years ago and LOVED it... even though it was only a platinum series. She shrieks like a banshee! Anyway I have been looking at my new Assassin for about 7 years at my local music shop. For some reason no one bought it. Traditionally I have been a sharp edge guy, Warlocks, Virgins, Bich's.... But I loved my other Assassin and this last trip to the store the price was right.. Back to the point my NJ ROCKS! Its awesome!! Better than the Platinum by far. Sustainnnnnnnnnn all dayyyyyyy. Pinch Harmonics- a breeze.. KRUNCHY too. But it also sounds great without distortion. I still use my DOD FX-7, Peavey 150 watt head and a FULL stack. Wall of sound!!

This guitar, like ALL B.C. Rich's, regardless of series will take a beating and still sound frikin' great. Grover tuners? Please... 100 years from now those tuners will still be strong as hell... Not a real Floyd Rose but ya know what? I'm no Steve Vai. A few dive bombs from me and I had a great day on the ol' trem. I never had a problem with ANY of my Lic under Floyd Rose trems. Pickups last longer than you will. I recently restored a Warlock I bought online and threw in two dbl humbuckers I took out of a 70's B.C. STILL WORKED AWESOME!! As with all BC finishes they are built to last. I however will not take the chance of my belt hurting my babies so ALL my guitars wear a Scratch Pad. BUY ONE, TRUST ME!! I depend on my guitars more than I depend on my girlfriend. My guitars never so no, ALWAYS want to fool around and theyre LOUD FOR A REASON!

As a beginner i play only with Zoom 505II and headphones. The quality of sound is acceptable. It is not so noisy, thanks to humbuckers.

That is the problem!Guitar is not set-up really well.Frets are not polished,so strings rattle as they touch neighbour fret.Action adjustment can not solve this problem.I think there is a job for professional luthier. It's not shaky or anything but i don't trust the quality of wood.Cheap Floyd is not your dream of Vai/Satriani performance. The rest(hardwere, finish)is fine.

This guitar was made in america. I'm not sure when(1990-1992).
volume, tone, 3-way, tremelo lock. Has a snakeskin finish on the front of the body and the headstock. I love the guitar. I got alot of comments on the way it looks. It plays great.

I really like the finish and the ease of playing. The only thing is the plastic plate on the back gets marked up way to easy.

It is really reliable. I've had it for almost 10 years and aside from wires shorting out(recently) I had no problems.

I love this guitar. I have been playing for over 10 years and this was the first and last guitar I purchased. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. My son (5) wants to learn to play and I'll pass the guitar on to him.

I don't know what year my guitar was made but it was made to jamm-a-ramma up your pijama.
i picked it up at a local pawn shop in L.A.
took it appart and put it together and i was jammin gigs all summer.
24 fret, solid wood finish(two tone),single EMG(active), volume only,
Floyd Rose, locks all around and a 4" leather strap.
THIS IS ONE BAD ASS AMERICAN MADE GUITAR (EAT YOUR HEART OUT)
I walked into the Guitar Center with it and allmost got jumped.
Go to WWW.BLUEWARRIOR.COM and youll see a fiew pics of it under ZYGGY.

this guitar format is just perfect for me.
I use all boss pedals/power (about ten of them) in a single box (made those for other musicians in 80's and 90's), Crate head and my custom
stack 4x12 Force and 4x12 Ampeg cabs. It works great!
The sound is clean, crisp and powerfull.
