made in england in 1965,really nice construction hollow body guitar.
equiped with an interesting bigsby style vibrato.
2 big single coil pickups, wich a are really quiet.
Controls for volume,presence,tone A,tone B,and a 3 way switch.
This guitar reminds me of a mix between a gibson 335,a rickenbacker 330,a gretsch and a mosrite!

This guitar can do everything from jazz to rock.
You can dial into really bright telecaster sound to really fat jazz vibe just by using the pickups selector switch. I love the presence control, very useful for rolling off brightness when using the bridge pickups and also useful for adding some to the neck pickup!
I love the sound of this large hollowbody, you can hear the rich sound of the wood singing!

the action on mine is now great.
but when I got it,it wasn't that great.
It took me about an hour to bring it back to perfection.
I strongly suggest to change the stock bridge for a roller bridge...its only a 20$ investement and its perfect for the bigsby,it resolves all the tuning problems this vintage guitar can have and it also improve intonation greatly.

I feel in love with my baldwin vibraslim.
It sounds great, looks great and when I play live with it I feel like im the only one in the city who have this rare guitar! I had many offers over a grand for it,but Ill never let it go..
This is a unique axe,way cooler than any strat or lespaul out there.
